perpetual novice Posted November 3, 2023 Posted November 3, 2023 I can definitely see how there's "risk" involved in releasing a Danny L Harle produced lead single, he's never been one for convention and I imagine there's some quirk to the song that he brings to the table if his involvement is true. Kevin Parker has kinda been out of vogue for the last while as well. A collaboration between the three of them really will rely on Dua's ability to be a tastemaker and squeeze great, accessible production out of them that pushes the needle forward. I'm super curious either way.

The Pop landscape is quite dry atm, so there is a chance for Dua to come in stomping. Id predict a safe 4,5-5 mio opening day for her tho

Part of me wants to keep my expectations really low just to not be dissapointed but on the other hand, she's grown a LOT in numbers since 2020 and I think more than ever people are aware that this is her actual music comeback. So 5M wouldn't be too out of the question
