i think it's honestly useless to speculate atp. just wait for the halftime and we'll see from there. it's either a tour/residency announcement or new single/album/era like she's very obviously not randomly doing a whole halftime performance for funsies (or to release a 1 year old concert film from a whole other album :rip:). so she'll probably announce, or at least tease something. if she doesn't we'll know nothing's coming soon and we'll have the grammys to speculate further.

potential performance aside i could see her arrive in a more typical CC cowboy outfit/hat and change into something darker and leathery to tease act III or something like she did this year.

Whenever Texas comes on, I am gagged at what a smash that song is :jonny5: like it genuinely sounds like a mega smash to me!

Cant fathom what Act3 will serve as the lead :jonnykin:

Based on act i and act ii leads, act iii lead should be:

  • an uptempo (since both BMS and THE are) unless we're getting another uptempo/ballad double release
  • a solo song since all of the singles have been solo so far
  • probably with a positive message
  • a safe catchy song that GP could easily digest
  • something that doesn't really sound like the rest of the album, but still fits in
  • a new sound for her but with elements of her traditional sounds

It could be an uptempo rock/blues song with elements of rap-singing

I saw that they're saying that Jay Z has bought Billboard and that's why they praise Beyoncé :rip:

i love for act iii lead to be a prince-hendrix type bop.

For someone who didn't want to push "quick lil singles" a decade ago to announce/release another album in less than a year, something doesn't add up. Unless she likes to do quick lil albums instead…

Also, I don't see this happening before the Grammys anyway. It will be so confusing for the GP if she was selling a new album whilst being nominated for CC. I don't think Bey is that desperate.

If we are really not getting a tour/residency, then my bet is on nothing happening (outside of her business ventures) which will be very disappointing. I think we need to be prepared for it…

Not really. The GP doesn't consume art based on the Grammy's calendar and doesn't think about the Grammy's outside of the day they happen and any following discourse about people being robbed.

The acts are meant to be understood as a Singular Story, therefore were also only getting the visuals after the release of all projects.

Shes releasing all acts in a span of 3 years.

Thats a long span for a "singular" narrative
