This was only a couple of dates though.

The I Am Tour setlist was a mess sometimes.

:deadbanana:

There's like five different setlists.

:deadbanana2:

'cause she decided to close the show with halo :gaycat6:

she could have kept it as an encore tho

Neither of those things seem like textbook mismanagement. If they are mismanagement, they surely don't deserve to be in a textbook. There's far worse things for an era than being vague about vinyl contents*. In fact, if you think she was selling her fans lemons by offering a vinyl with no details of its contents and no one would have bought them if they knew, then the "management" was correct because it ended up earning her 62,000 vinyls on debut week, more than she ever had before.

*I also just think it's not that big of a deal, and any fan who would be impetuous enough to purchase an album not knowing its tracklist or contents, before it's even out, are probably the same kind of fan who would love to own a first-edition, limited pressing of a historic record. It's just that people (including fans) love to have a reason to be mad at Beyoncé and take advantage of any reason they can find.

Let's say that you're right :toofunny3: She didn't advertise the vinyls as a first edition, exclusive edition, platinum edition, Japanese edition, etc. The track list was released before the album came out. That long ass instagram post talking about "this isn't a country album, this is a Beyoncé album" was posted before the album came out. Many fans bought the vinyl expecting the track list to be as advertised but it wasn't. She had all the time in the world to advertise the first edition of CC as anything else but she chose not to. If this was ANY OTHER BRAND you would look at it for what it is, a scam. If you bought some a pair of Nikes online and they gave you Adidas, you wouldn't be on that bullshit talking about the online store was being vague :toofunny3: You would be upset bc you didn't get what you paid for. Point. Blank. Period.

I think this one works better without Sweet Dreams imo.

The color hue of the background is also better.

She should have just had Sweet Dreams on the setlist from the start and kept it.

Even though she's clearly allergic to singing it in full even on this tour ahbhdbasb

HOO

she HATES performing sweet dreams. from removing it from the IAWT as the opener, to removing it from FWT after 1 show, to the tease (but not performing it) at RWT...

y'all can be mad she skimped on the tracklist, but she very clearly called this a limited edition from the jump.

She also said it was a website exclusive making people pay for shipping cost just for the record to end up on Walmart. Let's stop defending the vinyls situation, she f*ed up. :rip:

"Satellites" is such a pretty song. I love the bridge when she sings:

"If we don't communicate…
We'll exist in our own space"

Limited edition has nothing to do with a shortened tracklist bffr :foxaylove2:
