Brikenbur Posted May 28 Posted May 28 (edited) Not me having a dream last night of these so-called "visuals" and it was a sneak peak with Bey rocking a chin prosthetic ANYWAY, we need some sort of "teaser" or super teaser that kind of hints at a visual or relation of "ACTS." We thought RENAISSANCE era was bad, but, this era just seems like there wasn't much thought on a release strategy. If this truly is some sort of trilogy, she needs to make that more clearer to us and the GP. I could see her teasing "act iii" with a combined teaser relating the first two acts together. Her artistry is so unmatched so I'm, as I'm sure most of us are, confused. This isn't the Bey we know Anyway, something has to be reveled some time this summer…. Right? And I'm not talking about another #cecredwashday story Edited May 28 by Brikenbur

No bueno. He became a pariah in my books. There was a rumor he was going to appear on the ST Platinum edition* on a duet of "Jealous" and then it leaked that week, but I'm glad that was scrapped. No Gaga/R. Kelly-esque videos gyrating in the oval office over here. * (when it was supposed to essentially remix a large chunk of the album with other artists - which occured - Flawless, DIL, Blow, but remixes of Rocket ("Free Fall" f. Justin Timberlake), Partition f. Azealia Banks & Busta Rhymes, Jealous, and Blow ("Cherry") reportedly featuring Rihanna didn't make the cut) I knew Azealia sent a verse for ST, but I had no idea it was meant for Partition. Glad all of these fell through though, the Kanye remix adds nothing to the original either. Anyhow, I'm surprised that a Rihanna feature was shelved... In retrospect I can say that the album didn't need a Platinum edition. The Oinka remix was also unnecessary.

Virgos Groove Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Can she replace Post Malone with somebody else on Levii's Jeans? Sick of that man 2

ShouldersSideways Posted May 28 Posted May 28 I don't think Parkwood asked Chris Brown to submit a Jealous remix. It seems pretty obvious it was something he was angling for on his own and then leaked 2
Santhosh Posted May 28 Posted May 28 So does she have the visuals ready to release it or she has to film it?

It allows people to forget about her for a bit, so when she comes back, they're gonna be excited and she'll have a bigger moment then she would've had if she stayed in the eyes of the public There are plenty of things she can do this year, but I doubt it. Hopefully she's doing the tour at the end of the year, and until then she could release the RWT to streaming during the summer. It's zero effort, but a good promo tool for the tour (if it's coming) Releasing an album and ghosting isn't it. 2

It's the R. Kelly "If I Were A Boy" remix all over again. However, I will also say I don't think she requested a verse from Pharrell either ... Yet it appeared. Edited May 28 by trainsskyscrapers
Devin Posted May 28 Posted May 28 not my post getting panned when i was trolling to get some convo in here.

She was working with Pharrell in Miami, and their time together created "ATM Jam" (originally a concept/reference track for B made from a Pharrell beat Mac Miller had previously turned down), "Diamond Nova" 🔥🔥 (an outro for ATM Jam that Azealia was going to keep as an interlude for her Fantasea II mixtape), and her verse for "Partition". Kh-Loud Posted May 28 Posted May 28 (edited) I barely listen to this album from start to finish anymore, but the songs are present in every playlist I use from morning to night, from my ZzZzz to working out playlist as opposed to Renaissance where I would just press I'M THAT GIRL and let it play..... cAN SHE just put Taylor on BODYGUAURD remix and call it a day? Her cult will make it a smash, which will bring traffic for the album and she doesn't have to lift a finger - a WIN win!! Does this lady have plan to release the COWBOY CARTER STANDARD CD or what? She thinks she's Bjork i swear with this weirdness Edited May 28 by Kh-Loud 3
ShouldersSideways Posted May 29 Posted May 29 Well, she's mentioned in that Rolling Stone exposé about Diddy twice so that's something It's never in terms of she knew anything, but they bring up her associating with him twice in the article Quote For Combs' 50th birthday in 2019, revelers gathered at his 17,000-square-foot Holmby Hills home in black-tie attire and beaded gowns. Sipping champagne and ice-cold Cîroc — the vodka brand Combs shilled for a share of profits — they admired the breathtaking Kerry James Marshall painting that Combs had recently purchased for $21 million. Guests Beyoncé and Jay-Z rubbed shoulders with Dr. Dre, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kobe Bryant, Cardi B, Snoop Dogg, Kim Kardashian, Usher, and Post Malone. Quote He rapped about Bentleys and Benjamins and held court at his over-the-top annual White Parties attended by Leonardo DiCaprio, Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, and Martha Stewart I hate that her name is attached to this at all. The music industry is so disgusting and way more overdue for a reckoning than maybe even the film industry was 2
