Redporus Posted March 19 Posted March 19 The caption Ugh! The fact that she says it isn't a country album, me wonder if she is gonna fuse rock Act 3 might very well be the visuals
chaeyonce Posted March 19 Posted March 19 Visuals will be released after the rock album The potential this trilogy has....
Tangane Posted March 19 Posted March 19 WOW! The cover feels AI generated but it's a slay nonetheless! I was more gagged by the caption! She hasn't talked about the era yet so it feels nice to finally read some words about it!! 3

If it looks that way, then it looks like a kind of tasteful AI generation that we have not seen before in pop covers because it really is not giving AI at all. What it is giving...and where it matches RENAISSANCE's cover is a very static feeling, even if there is a lot of movement. If anything it's very retouched/composited to get everything to be perfect, like the hair for example is surely altered to be just right...as it should be...its an icon, its a cover. 2 1
Starshine Posted March 19 Posted March 19 I'm sawry, I'm still calling him Reneigh.. The first act was Reneigh taxidermied and covered in crystals, this is him in living flesh. Notice how it's in motion. 1
chaeyonce Posted March 19 Posted March 19 Cover is excellent and better than the Reneigh one but It's very AMERICA 3

Draper. Posted March 19 Posted March 19 This trilogy is pop history happening right now. I couldn't imagine being a hater. The acts era will be one of the most memorable and iconic things to happen in pop music this decade, I just know 11 1

storminthedark Posted March 19 Posted March 19 I really like the cover, the production design for this one looks better than Renaissance imo. Her caption and explanation is beautiful and poignant. They're setting the narrative and campaigning for this album from the start. Parkwood seem hungry for it. 4
swissman Posted March 19 Posted March 19 I would assume we don't see any of the stars/blue of the flag because it just crops better that way and they didn't want to give too many graphic details to the edge of the cover, BUT I know Beyoncé is very symbolic too...and the stripes representing the 13 colonies of the USA and the stars representing the 50 states... I wonder if this is some allusion to her staking a claim in America/American[Country] music dating back to before there were even states, before the USA even existed as we know it... and by extension Blackness on the Continent dating back to before America was a country too... 2 2

Her music has been rooted in American style, her political works have almost all focused on America, her last album has a song called AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM, and country music is known around the world as an American genre. Draper. Posted March 19 Posted March 19 And the way she can confidently say “it's a Beyoncé album" as if she wasn't Beyoncé, and have that mean something… She's put in the work through the years and her name alone means quality. 3

This is sad in a way, because she and The Chicks clearly had a blast with that performance - and for Beyoncé to be saying this means that she must have felt that off-stage and that it wasn't just a vibe that fans had picked up on from watching the performance itself. Yeah and that makes me sad to hear..
Lovett Posted March 19 Posted March 19 If the cover itself wasn't going to draw enough media attention, the caption sure is. I'm seeing a lot of tweets specifically referencing the CMAs and her treatment there. That's going to get a lot of media cover age too. 8

I disagree, remember in the cliquebait video her face looked exactly the same as the cover. She had a lil more water weight in the face versus this one where she looks more snatched, her body overall looks a lil more lean but she has been looking snatched facial and body-wise since the tour.
Negiiiii Posted March 19 Posted March 19 GUYS I WAS RIGHT SHE IS GONNA BEYONCE COUNTRY OMGGGGGGGGGG 1
