I think so too with TH'E, maybe the transitions won't be as fluid like Rennie as an entire album but selected for some tracks

16C on the other hand could actually be the last track on the album based on how it ends.....I think it being labeled track 2 on the website might be a place filler

When BeyLegion posted it they labeled 16 Carriages as track 16, the closer.

Where tf are the pre orders?! I want to order my box and vinyl already :weeps:

That’s exactly how I feel.

Ok it’s been 2 weeks and no preorders. She better be doing an AMC album bundle or something!

I feel like all these billboards surfacing are pointing to a music video dropping soon.

Maybe preorders aren’t available yet because there won’t be any physicals available during the first week. That would be a nightmare.

Bey knows theres way too much potential for collector edition. There will be physical, question is when

it’s absolutely insane how, in this day and age, they are not pushing for physicals yet. it’s always 1 step forward and 2 steps back

I don't remember her exact words but she did say in her little blurb when act i era started that the 3 acts ARE music. :)

her wording was "this three act project was recorded over the pandemic" or something to that effect. some people believe "recorded" implies music, but we never got a real confirmation.

closest thing we have is the "B7/B8" thing, but that doesn't necessarily mean B9 wasn't already in production either. they could have just been teasing the existence of multiple new albums and not just B7/Renaissance.

We saw her filming videos when REN album was released so her saying the three act was recorded meant past tense. I’m in the camp of three albums.

That being said we need a video.

I did think it was interesting B7 and B8 were teased on her website but not B9.

It would be so smart to perform TH'E at the Brits, and put the preorder up the same weekend

I can't stop thinking about the nomenclature for act ii.

I honestly have no idea if she's gonna go the route of the already-seeded title RODEO that we're already familiar with and expecting a la LEMONADE (we had several reports of her filming Project Lemonade in Fall 2015 and Jan 2016), something completely new but still sticking to the "R-word" convention (ROADHOUSE, REDLINED, RADIO TEXAS), or if she'll altogether eschew the alliterative pattern and give us something entirely out of left field.

Either way, I'm pretty certain we'll find out Tuesday/Thursday

What I do know, however, is that it ain't called no damn Enlightenment, Reflection or whatever Fifth Harmony nonsense I've been seeing thrown around

We love seeing some sense in the basé :gaycat4:

I been munching over the thought of Redline/Redlined being the title for the past week now. The Es Devlin interview basically confirmed Beyoncé was trying to marry the idea of redlining and country music somehow. And it makes sense if you think about it, there's a parallel between the social redlining with black communities, and the cultural redlining of black artists in country music. Country radio refusing to play them or only do it after midnight, THE's performance on that platform proves that exact point.

I think the color red will play a role as well. Es talked about "cowboys wearing red" in the interview, though it's not clear what exactly she's talking about. And then the red house and outfit in the Verizon commercial. And then the lyrics video with large ass red text and I was like hmmmm

Either way, it's the one name I thought has more nuance than the others suggested. Renaissance similarly was not directly about dance, but about the intention. Watch none of this becomes true tho stephm.png

I just remembered that one of the banjo players on Texas did an interview with a magazine when the song came out and in the middle of it he got a text from Raphael Saadiq asking him to fly to LA immediately for another session. So she could still be tinkering with the album. That could be a reason why she hasn’t opened her Shop yet

I have been thinking about Redlining as well! It actually makes a lot of sense and explains the red imagery (all the way back to the original Renaissance film poster).

Ireland deserves a tour date so bad. Arguably her most supportive country in Europe.

I wonder if any of the lyrics to THE or 16C reference other song titles on the album(Red Cup Kisses? Sweet Redemption? Heatwave? Dive Bar? Furs Spurs Boots?)

prob a huge reach but I’m high and bored. Also lingering on the thought that the THE outro teases part of the song that follows it in the tracklist, again aiding into the song transitions like act i
