If anything, let me rephrase and say All Night aged the worst if we're being honest.

if the visuals are still happening she’ll either close the era with the film or we’ll get one huge film for all 3 acts

I don’t know how anyone can dislike All Night :deadbanana4: I don’t think it’s aged at all either. It actually has a pretty timeless sound imo. I think the only song from Lemonade that’s is showing it’s age is Sorry but it still goes off regardless.

Talking about Lemonade it’s been sooooo long since I’ve played it:gaycat6: I know it’s seen objectively as her best album by many. I think it’s because I’m not in the headspace for the heaviness of the album. Renaissance ate that album up imo. Joy>>>>>Meloncholy.

Possibly not for you, for the rest of the world probably yes.

profiting off of a dead man with a posthumous release... the next popular song on that album has 154 million streams in over 3 years. :deadbanana2:

not to mention "strong" doesn't mean "more popular"... the last time an Eminem album was more critically acclaimed than a Beyoncé album was The Eminem Show vs Dangerously in Love, in 2003. where most of us left M&M, tbh.

Everyone knows that song was planned before juice's death but you are so despicable that you have to make such an unfortunate comment since she hasn't had a hit in years.
I don't have to go to Eminem's last album to find more successful songs than Beyoncé's last few years, not to mention more successful albums, and if for you criticism is important congratulations, for me it's not.

Huge film for all 3 acts is the worst possible scenario cause it means most of the songs will be like halved and some will be used as transitions only

Give me actual videos or I'd rather it stayed shelved

The film!/videos, I'm over that.

What singles deserve are timely videos.

What I want now is a live album of the tour and professional footage.

Totally agree

My wish list for hypothetical next steps in order:

Act II > Extending the tour > Live tour album/visual > Renaissance Re-release (full album of remixes including the 3 we already have) > Renaissance visuals

What could be worse than releasing the visuals one year after the album?

Releasing the visuals 3-4 years afterwards. :toofunny2:

I honestly won't care that much about the Pure/Honey video once two other albums and one more tour has happened...

But she's twisted
She'll contradict it

You just know shes at home being all angry that our gen cant appreciate long records and movies anymore like they used to. "I want to release a big body of work cause no one is doing it anymore. I want people to sit down and experience the entire project like I did when I listened to my favs".

You cannot change a whole generation who has been vastly impacted by the quickness of social media. Peoples attention span is shorter than ever and Bey can't do anything about it, but I just know thats what annoys her the most lol.

Shes such an old, old, very old person at heart

Oh I'm sure you're right on that one!

But don't tell me that 'back in the day', people wouldn't release any visuals to support their singles! Back in the 80-90s she would have crashed. This era is only working because the fandom is really active on all social platforms. She releases, we promote. :chick1:

Despite the fact that she doesn't care about grossing the biggest tour of the century, she must definitely care about the headlines like 'nominated for a VMA despite having no videos out' or 'one year on top of the charts without any visuals in sight'! :toofunny2:

Anyway... What's the forecast like in Charlotte for tonight? Will the queen have to sing in the rain once again?

Random complaint #895730691743

I hate how they now open 'the door' on stage during Dangerously In Love and not after it. It was perfect how she did it in full with the sunset clouds behind her, very serene, and THEN open the door to show the band and do Flaws And All.

Some members on this forum are really not okay mentally. Someone really thinks the world revolves around that other pop star.

Choices are.. definitely being made. The sunglasses too (indoors), I also think that coat she wears ruins ITG. It looks tacky, she barely moves when she turns around and says “deadass”. I wanna see ASS. She better fix it.. immediately, my show is approaching. :biblio:

A film >>>> Music videos.

The songs are all old, they don't need music videos. A film will allow her to express more than the constraints of a music video and allow it to truly stand on its own as a body of work. If it's just music videos they might as well just drip fed them throughout the era. No need for the wait

We do not need a film for each era though

I just looked it up and Empower Field is in Denver: WHITE white territory. Only Taylor and country stars like Strait can do that there. :deadbanana:

I used to think down South was worse but that Colorado-Montana-Wyoming are the real hick towns and cowboys. :skull:

+ most states out that way don’t have stadiums so stans will travel to Seattle, Minneapolis, or Vegas to see Bey.

a whole ass film for three acts is one of the dumbest things she could do :rip:

either just give us a visual album for Renaissance and maybe ACT II if both fit together in a cohesive manner or just keep it.

absolutely no one’s gonna watch a 3 hour long beyoncé film :rip: and if they pick like 5 songs from each ACT it becomes pointless too, i’d rather just have classic music videos for the main Ren songs without having to wait years for them

I’d rather have three 1 hour films that have some storyline in common than a 3 hour film that comes out in three years time. The visuals for Renaissance would be a great way to create hype for the announcement of act ii. Like end the visuals with act ii: *name* and some music teaser and have it for preorder at that same time.

Any type of visual release longer than a year after the ITG teaser is a waste of time, money, and effort. Unless she’s serving Spiderverse level graphics and storyline, it’s pointless. Even then, it doesn’t seem worth it. After Saturday, I’ve truly given up any small hope of a visual and will be firmly set on Act II’s release.
