Still the over analyst in me couldn't totally discount the fact that while Already makes for GREAT video (one of her best in a while), there was some post production wizardry at play (those cool speed ups during the main dancing). Similarly, with My Power, as all-out as she went, there was some very noticeable CGI at play during her most full-out choreo moment (almost to the point of being distracting). 

 

I think the truest testament to where Bey is performance-wise today will be on tour. Cus even Oscars was pre-recorded and has the benefit of cuts, edits, and a lil wizardry. 

 

I consider myself a realistic stan, so I've been braced for present-day Beyonce to maybe not give exactly what even Formation Bey gave. All that said, what she's giving and what I'm seeing is all very encouraging (and way beyond even her nearest peer).

The parts in the bodysuit in "Aleady " are sped up but when she is inna heel alongside the Male dancer is not sped up . But as Mover myself its realistic that she might not give the same " Energetic" or Crisp "extreme" movement as early mid 20s / 30s....heck im nearing my end 20s ( am in the last lap ) and i move different than early 20s lol .

Totally agree about Already - the editing was strategically perfect. Now with My Power lmao…I didn’t notice the CGI until last week on Twitter. But it looks like they shrunk her waist a bit when she was dancing, so she was still dancing all out! I would expect her to be able to bend them knees like she did during Coachella.

her shoe broke during the dance sequence in ALREADY, but i assume since they were shooting parts of it on film they didn't want to stop.

 

they edited around it, but you can see at one point shes dancing on her broken shoe:

 

 

which probably explains why the dance sequences are cut they way they are
