it seems like people gravitated towards the older classics this year (Rockin and Jingle Bell Rock rising while Santa Tell Me and Underneath The Tree falling). I wonder why Mariah improved on Last Year while Wham! fell slightly short

I didn’t lie and you know it. Anyone who makes at least a 5 min appearance in a HUGE movie, will receive a huge boost in their IMDB ranking and a decent rise in their discography streams if they have one.

In Germany at least gifts and stuff are exchanged on the 24th

 

Edit: Just looked at last year. US and UK streams increase on the 25th a bit, but in Germany for example they collapse already on the 25th

she was literally the most streamed female artist yesterday (2nd overall) so what’s your point…? santa tell me still did 10M streams without her lifting a single finger to promote it. not to mention that it had minimum radio play compared to other christmas songs so it’s doing pretty amazing

girl...i wasnt even dragging ariana. all i was saying if you go to my OG post - was that ariana did have something (semi-huge in fact) that should have elevated the song's performance.
