Aly & AJ - a touch of the beat gets you up on your feet gets you out and then into the sun

This album is sooo consistent from start to finish, the vibes are very pretty and I loved the approach they went for after serving Synth Pop excellence in the EP days, the only issue with this album is that it aged a bit with time, it was higher on my list until I relistened a couple days ago and some songs didn't hit as they used to, but still definitely a great piece of work.

Trinity: Personal Cathedrals, Symptom of Your Touch, Don't Need Nothing

Least favorite: Lucky to Get Him

Billie Eilish - Happier Than Ever

I think this was such a stunning career move for Billie, the growth and maturity she showcased with this album is huge. At the beginning I didn't like most of the pre released singles but they grew on m after he album release and I ended up with a very solid album.

Trinity: Happier Than Ever, Billie Bossa Nova, Oxytocin

Least favorite: Not My Responsibility

Jorja Smith - Be Right Back

I've never been into Jorja so this EP definitely took me by surprise, at the beginning I didn't like it a lot but it grew on me after a few listens, it really has such a great vibe and it's a great listen.

A&A album absolutely amazing :allears:

From song lists Have Mercy is my favorite, but all are decent! Forgot about Private Life, cause it was some absolutely random soundtrack track wasn't it :deadbanana2:

QUERENCIA almost at the top 10 acclaim. It's definitely one of the most underrated albums this year and i'm mad that it's not as big as it should be. They don't deserves her!

a touch of the beat & Happier Than Ever also deserves :clap3: One of the best albums this year for sure!

Worth It For the Feeling, I Can See the Future, Have Mercy, good 4 u & could cry are all excelent :clap3:

Halsey - If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power

This was an absolute triumphant return by Halsey after what was somewhat of an underwhelming album with Manic, IICHLIWP feels exactly like the type of music she has to be doing, this sounds suits her so well and I think it is what we've been asking to see from her since she dropped Nightmare.

Trinity: Easier than Lying, honey, Girl is a Gun

Least favorite: Darling

Doja Cat - Planet Her

It's so funny that this album ended up this high for me because when it first came out I wasnt crazy over it, but literally almost every single song grew on me immensely and now it has some of my favorite songs of the year no spoilers. I think this album will go down as a classic album because literally almost every single song is a smasher.

Trinity: Kiss Me More, Ain't Shit, Been Like This

Least favorite: Why Why (feat. Gunna)

Daya - The Difference

I've been waiting for a Daya album since she released New, I've found that her music after her horrible debut album improved so much and this EP shows the potential that she has, it's very well crafted pop to me

Favorites: Bad Girl, The Difference

Least favorite: Montana

I don't really like Selena so I avoided her music this year for the most part, but accidentally came across Baila Conmigo a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised

her Spanish era served!

I was starting to think I won’t see Daya on any list, The Difference is such a great track :jonny5:

Halsey and Doja had great albums overall.
