Bury a friend is good, only about 2 better songs on her album.

Not a huge fan of Emma's new album but her Madison Ave cover was a banger.

Graveyard is good, she's had better and worse singles (+ overall songs.)

bury a friend :date: Billie definitely did what she needed to do on that one.

Graveyard :clap3: Her second best single ever after Without Me :jonny:

album #32 - Natasha Bedingfield, Roll With Me

"Chasing the feeling gotta get outside and find the meaning"

I waited for her new music for years, I was excited when I heard that she's with Linda Perry now. But this album? Eh, a little bit of misstep, there's no standouts, some pretty boring songs and fillers. It's just doesn't feel the same. She still was able to make a couple of cute songs and nostalgic vibes, but nothing more. Nice to hear her voice again tho.

some favorites:  It Could Be Love, Roller Skate, Sweet Nothing, Wishful Thinking

single #32 - Flume & London Grammar, Let You Know

"Life is better still, and I guess somehow you'll just keep on coming back"

Well, another year without Hannah's voice on London Grammar tracks, but they feed us with this anthemic jam as a collaboration with Flume. Probably the first song from Flume that I really loved since his Tove collab. Such a fresh bop

album #31 - Celine Dion, Courage

"I would be lying if I said: "I'm fine""

I always adore her french albums a little more, but she still was able to record some great english albums. This one is a step up after more gp-oriented LMBTL. I love lyrics on this, some power ballads and cute bops and even career highlights (title track I see you). Not her best, not her worst, very on par with Taking Chances. Something in between. The cover is flawless tho!

some favorites:  Courage, Baby, Lovers Never Die, Nobody's Watching

single #31 - Miley Cyrus, Slide Away

"Move on, we're not 17, I'm not who I used to be"

Wow, Miley delivered another Liam-inspired song and it's an absolute masterpiece! We love some smart pop songs, and this is one of them. Beautifully written jam, this should've been a hit for her. I hate that GP loved messy Miley, but don't like calm Miley :'( ugh

album #30 - Maggie Rogers, Heard It In A Past Life

"I still wonder if I called you, what would that do?"

One of the biggest discoveries this year! Very fresh, lighty sound with her beautiful vocal use and great folk-influenced melodies. A very strong debut.

some favorites:  Light On, Say It, The Knife, Burning

single #30 - Robyn, Ever Again

"You know you can trust me, right?"

It was one of my favorite album tracks from Honey since the beginning, so I was so pleasured when it became a single, amazing pop anthem, that she uplifted even more with live performances and music video.

I've seen plenty of praise for Slide Away over the year but I never got into it. Then again I never gave it much of a chance in the first place. :keir: Ever Again :alexz3: Roll with Me being this high is interesting, the album is definitely overflowing with fillers. According to my ratings It Could Be Love is one of my least favorites :fan: Wishful Thinking, taste! Now where are Can't Let Go & Real Love? Heard It in a Past Life :worship: Maggie didn't need to go that hard for us, but she did.

I agree with you about Roll With Me. I was excited about her comeback but it doesn't feel like a Natasha Bedingfield album. I'm not a fan of the production of the album. I was so excited when she announced her comeback :noparty:

Slide Away :clap3:

Courage is an amazing album, I loved it :smitten:

it was a surprise for me too :skull: but tbh this year was a flop for me, only top 20 is filled with some kind of albums, that I actually like :skull:

Lights On is definitely my fave off of Maggie's album :jonny4:

Slide Away is such a cute song :emofish: idk why people dragged her so much this year, the songs were all cute

Maggie's album was nice but a bit underwhelming, my faves were mostly the singles + Say It :-*

Wasn't huge on that Robyn song or the album :keir:

Heard It In A Past Life was a really good debut from her, I need to come back :katie2: Ever Again a masterpiece, but nothing less expected from Robyn!

A fair amount in this set that I never checked out, sadly Natasha didn't seem interesting to me this year. Ever Again is a bop though :jamming:
