And @Pavement Princess and I got dragged for saying she’s obviously less relevant than Nicki rap-wise in 2019. Ha.

I’m glad you passed the torch to Cardi, queen. We don’t want it.

OT: I’m sure she’ll do around 3-5K total.

What torch? Maybe a lighter

Why didn't Cardi and them promote her record?

Well, the album is awful.

I just don't understand how someone who came out with such amazing records fell off so quickly. I will always ride for her because I grew up listening to her but her music is just so unbelievably terrible to me now.

this is an absolute lie :rip: i saw her on Strahan and Sara, that makes at least one talk show and she probably visited others as well

The fans don't know the facts about their fave. Mess

OT: I'll give her some streams later.

Cardi posted about it on her IG Story and Kim posted Cardi's post on her Twitter.

I totally expected this. :deadbanana2:

The album really isn’t good so.

Even if the album was good it still wouldn’t have done numbers. It’s been 14 years since her last album, 14 years which were not consistent with hits. Her going to jail really hinder her & it sucks because in the same culture that hip hip belongs to she had to be a ride or die and couldn’t snitch

Not to mention she was ~17 when she started not in her mid to late 20s like the female rapper did nowadays. A lot of their careers probably would have fell flat had they not started in a more mature age

The real numbers are still horrible, especially for a female rap legend. But the album is horrible too so I'm not shocked.

The few fans she has left though should keep it cute when it comes to more successful female rappers like Nicki  hopefully this has humbled them a bit

No it’s not. What other female rapper besides Missy and Lauryn can release an album 14 yrs since their last one and still have an inkling or relevance let along numbers? There is nothing to compare this too to say that this is horrible. And we have to wait 14 yrs after Nicki’s last album to even compare

The fact that Nicki fans think it’s funny to drag Kim in 2019 because y’all fave is over :rip:

10k-15k would be great considering the circumstances. She has literally no streaming support on an album that’s only 9 songs that she’s releasing independently. I think y’all don’t realize how much being on a major label affects your reach.

the poor gal hasn't been able to put out anything remotely decent since biggie's demise unabled her from getting prewritten material

I REALLY hate to say this...but it’s what she deserves. She literally hasn’t released a great song since Black Friday. The album is not good and I was really rooting for her :stare:

The album failed to chart on Billboard 200.

I hope the pt. 2 goes better.
