And for 40M he already needs massive AM numbers Spotify doesn't have any interest in inflating their numbers since that would mean they would have to pay artists more money, while Apple music with their "exclusives" have already (I'm pretty sure about that) included payment upfront in their signed deal (so reporting higher numbers for obvious reasons does not cost them additional money).
