Bey_Rihstan
"Among Atlantic singles specifically, "Shape" is the fifth to top the Hot 100 for 10 weeks or more. The one to beat with the longest stay: Brandy and Monica's 13-week No. 1 "The Boy Is Mine" in 1998." lols Queen

Cryptique
Urban/Hiphop/Rap music dominance in streaming in US tho.. I like some hip hop songs, eminem, chris brown, iggi, nicki, jay z, etc.. esp Holy Grail and Look at Me Now.. but Drake's music is just MEHHH.. I don't get it.. I've really tried hard.. and WOW at CSTF, the longevity.. and doing well in all metrics.. streaming might be underperforming for a BIG SMASH but charting at 30s in its 47th week.. Bey_Rihstan
7 minutes ago, ChartsFan said: That doesn't change the fact that dussymob is correct. Nobody lasts forever on the hot 100. It's s brutal battle ground, everyone time comes, no matter how big they are. Ow they still r lease and their fans still support, but they are gone in terms of the hot 100. Yea well he should've omitted those examples, then. Those people lasted like 5-6 years tops. Drake has been charting since he debuted & has only gotten bigger while the others decline. In no way are they comparable
