I would love to know the number of sales from fans buying multiple copies of the Target deluxe CDs.

Great number in this era, her number should be more steady due to streaming and Lover becomeing a hit.

I said it some days ago.HDD always put higher numbers when it comes to taylor's albums..For 1989 album back then HDD posted that she sold 1.316.000 copies but billboard numbers were lower .1989 sold 1.287.000 the first week according to billboard...the same with reputation.HDD said that reputation sold 1.268.000 the first week but billboard announced that reputation sold 1.238.000 copies the first week.HDD always make taylor look bigger but the official numbers are always lower

I foresee HDD predicting 670K next time then. :foxaylove3:

HEY YOU STUPID BITCH!

Her label, republic records, confirmed this data. Here is one of the many pieces based on the press release, which you can find with literally one (1) Google search, but I guess your greasy, hating little fingers are way too invested in bringing successful (yes, incredibly successful) women DOWN.

SUFFER, RAT!

Yes. That would be interesting

was this the first time she did this?

hasnt she had multiple versions in the past eras?

Perhaps? It does sounds vaguely familiar, although nothing nearly as overt as Lover’s Target gimmick.

Prism sold 1.7M total in the US

Witness only sold ~300k in the US

That's an 82% decline

Reputation sold 1.238M first week

Lover sold 867k first week

That's only a 30% decline reflective of the 30% decrease of record sales in general.

So really did Taylor have a "huge decline" as you claim? :clown:

ot: She really did THAT in 2019 and the only artist who could outdo that is Adele. What a Legend :jonny5:

Congrats to Taylor. Nothing feels better than an album marketing campaign bearing fruit. :clap3: ? I'm actually curious now what Adele's return should be like, she should be able to pull off at least 1m if she has a good lead.

I'm curious too. She will def pull off 1m, but I wonder how much beyond that?

Outside of LWYMMD's hype + video-fueled weeks at #1, I think the Reputation singles + promo tracks performed pretty much the same as Lover's. I would even say YNTCD is doing better than Ready For It...? did. So I'm not sure if She really "declined" that much or lost that much of Her core fan base. Reputation moved massive album units on iTunes first week, but iTunes is now utterly useless. But pure sales are still weighed way more heavily.

Even if the same 3m people consume Adele's next album first week, I doubt SPS will accurately reflect that unless they increase the weight of streaming. She could pull some insane **** like 500m streams in the first week (US) and that still wouldn't be worth enough :rip:

Every single bar ME! has performed better than the equivalent in Reputation and even then ME! has way more longevity. Look just had a more massive first 3 weeks.

YNTCD has spend 4x more weeks inside the Top 20 than RFI. It's way bigger :dies:

We will wait for Mediatraffic, IFPI numbers that do not account obscure sales in China, India and other countries do not have official charts :bibliahh:

Of course, her own label would inflate these numbers.

1. Mediatraffic tracks 20 countries in the entire world + Spotify data, that's it. Imagine thinking it's accurate for worldwide numbers :rip:

2. There's nothing obscure about China's sales, you just don't understand them. Under the labels discretions, IFPI started counting China's album sales (they counted them for BTS last year for example) :rip:

You thought :rip:
