It’s not a prediction. They probably just counted bundles/transactions that Billboard deemed an anomoly. Like someone buying 100+ copies to bolster numbers or something along those lines. HDD’s final numbers are never predictions they’re just the numbers they arrive to when all their retailers report to them.
