RIhanna is known as the good girl gone bad and it shows in the pics. However the first pic was kinda meh and aging isn't necessarily versatility. Songs: The song choices are a knockout. Rihanna has such a diverse repertoire of songs in her catalog full of various sounds and styles. I think you chose two of the best to show off her range and versatility. Explanation: Perfect! It was like reading a lil biography story of RIhanna. Loved it! LHDANG2000 - ADELE Spoiler LHDANG2000 - ADELE Photos: I kinda like these I know Adele's personality is waayyy different than the persona in her music. She is actually quite silly and funny, which is seen in the first pic. So I like that you showcased Adele as a person and Adele as a singer. The only criticism I have is that the pics are kinda meh. Songs: Hmmm idk both are very "Adele" like songs. I do see how they are drastically different in terms of production. One is just a piano ballad, and the other one has a cinematic orchestra. However, I feel that isn't enough to scream versatility. Maybe Send My Love could have been a better choice as it is more upbeat/pop and something Adele isn't known for. Explanation: I think you definitely sold what you sent. I liked reading our explanations and it definitely added that spice that other entries lacked. So good job! MOONLIGHTBAE - DEMI LOVATO Spoiler MOONLIGHTBAE - DEMI LOVATO Pics: Getting dressed up isn't versatility I wish you went with OG rocker demi and then glamorous demi or something. Songs: OK this is a good submission. I can get behind this. Lonely shows of Demi's vocals and we all know she can SANG and Instruction shows off her pop capabilities. I just feel something better could have been sent though. Like I said before, a classic rock/pop song would have been nice to see. Explanation: I feel like more thought or effort could have been put into this entry. If so, it could have been better. ERIKILLS - TINASHE Spoiler ERIKILLS - TINASHE pics: THIS is what I am talking about! If I could give you a 5 I would. Ladies this is what we wanted to see. Songs: Once again perfect! In the first song we get the pop star wannabe and in the second song we get the FKA Twigs wannabe. Unfortunately Tinashe failed at both...but you Erikills succeeded. Explanation: Glad to see you sent in something well thought ouy and put thought/time/and effort into it! OVERPROTECTED - BJORK Spoiler OVERPROTECTED - BJORK Pics: I love! Especially the second pic! Whew! The first one is very Carly Rae basic lady and the 2nd one is some freaky alien ****. Songs: Listening to these was such a trip But I def see the nuances in her artistry and versatility. So well done! Explanation: I think your explanations were great! For someone like me who is unfamiliar (and intimidated) by Bjork's work it was easier to understand her. Songs: Whew Madonna has an extensive catalog of songs with sooooo many different sounds. Kinda disappointed you went with the expected route of ballad vs dance song. I wish you chose some of her other songs. But hey, it still works. Explanation: Def one of the best explanations. Very appreciative of how well thought out it was. You made other girlies embarrassed with their 2 sentences xo
