It only has 2.7m certified units WW and still only 4.7m if you update the US certification from Platinum to 3x Platinum

But maybe by "one of" you meant top 200

Your pressedness knows no boundaries.. Shallow is close to 4X platinum in the US and eligible for 5X platinum in Canada, Switzerland, Norway and Australia close to double platinum in the UK and Spain and platinum in Germany God knows how many other due certifications in other countries exist not to mention it's still Top 10 and at least Top 40 in most markets 7 months later. It is one of the biggest hits this decade whether u like it or not

@FAN why are you so pressed that Gaga is in top 10? Were you absent from this site when Gaga was ruling the charts worldwide in October and November?

They really thought they were doing something when the song is SO undercertified globally, just like most of Gaga’s discography. :toofunny3:

No one is pressed :rip: with all the hype on ATRL you’d think “one of the biggest hits of the decade” would be higher than almost out of the Year End Top 10 just 1 Q in.

What does Shallow being released on the 28th of September have to do with anything?

Gaga  The fact that it was released last year and its 10th biggest song of this year so far :dies:

Almost every single song in the Top 10 was released either before or around the same date as Shallow. :rip:

Why are they posting Q1 in the middle of May? :deadbanana2:

Anyway, Shallow top 10 despite losing 3 months of charting in 2018 :clap3: truly one of the biggest hits of the decade :clap3:

So are Eastside, High Hopes, Sicko Mode and Happier also some of the biggest hits of the decade? Because they were all released before Shallow and are higher on the 2019 Year End. What about Without Me and Sunflower who were released just a few weeks after Shallow?

The Q1 Hot 100 always reflects hits that were released from the year before, especially because the tracking chart starts before the previous year ends. She didn’t “loose” 3 months against her competition. Why do you guys act like you know anything about how all these charts work? :deadbanana4:

It is below because radio did not support shallow much till Q1.

And? So then it wasn’t one of the biggest hits because radio is what contributes to a song being a huge hit. You can’t just ignore a metric because your fave doesn’t do well on it. :rip:

Lol reading these little monsters comments truly entertaining, they need a big mirror to see whos pressed, and who is not.

And the ignorance as well

Congratz to Ari, 7 Rings is still a jam

Well... It was a huge hit in every other country. So there's that too.

Considering Shallow didn’t have huge radio payola makes it even more impressive.

High Hopes: 167M (#7)

Without Me: 155M (#2)

Happier: 143M (#4)

thank u, next: 136M (#6)

7 Rings: 134M (#1)

Eastside: 133M (#5)

Wow: 104M (#8)

Sunflower: 102M (#3)

Shallow: 91.5M (#10)

Sicko Mode: 88.3M (#5)

Sicko Mode and Shallow were only true hits that didn’t earn Hot 100 points by playing radio to spam their songs. :clap3:

I’m barely a Katy Perry fan and you can’t provide one official receipt to prove this fact. :deadbanana4:

So every song other than Shallow received “radio payola”? Convenient :deadbanana4: Maybe it would have gone higher if the GP hadn’t said no the first time with those bad callout scores!

Ironic because Sunflower and Sicko mode  debuted high with streaming before Radio took notice :rip:

GP didn't say no. Shallow is the most sold digital song of the last year. American  Radio is corrupt.

Yet it is the most sold song. 1 million sales is not a joke. Those people choose to spend money rather than streaming.

Since when is it a problem that radio plays songs that people WANT to hear??? :deadbanana4: You claiming every single song except Shallow was “SPAMMED!1!1!” by radio so it can look bigger than it actually is in America is sending me :ahh:
