The criterion simply consists of dividing the highest registered audience by the number of spins, which, in theory, would represent the number of people who can get to listen to the radio each time that song is played because they tune in to the station. KQMV-FM (Seattle) and KAMP-FM (Los Angeles) are no longer inside the Top 10, while WIOQ-FM (Philadelphia) returns and WTOK-FM (Puerto Rico) joins. Kings Of Leon's The Bandit having to settle for a #5 peak. A year or two ago, that song goes #1. Kaplan (and Audacy's) chart-manipulating ways are destroying the format. What do they have against KOL tho? I found quite weird the way they dropped "Heat Waves" quite fast, and it's among the favorites on the format right now. Not saying it will get good callouts when it does finally debut, but those callouts before were obviously wrong, there was no way POV debuted with 90% familiarity when it had just been added to Pop. Ger
Ariana is having one of the best eras on Pop Radio I've ever seen, it's just insane, the two biggest stations have 3 songs by her on Power at the same time. 4 hours ago, LCTV said: they dont need too. if ari and justin can have 5 tracks each why cant dua have two? Bad callouts for the cocaine song, and doesn't have great stats to support it, and yeah, partly because "Levitating" longevity is insane and it's completely overshadowing it. It’s doing great everywhere, it’s Justin’s best received song since 2017. It’s just “payola” if it’s a white man regardless of his stats. But don’t you DARE! talk about Ariana who’s #81 on the Hot 100 yet #16 on Pop with 300+ spin updates.

Call outs are not out, but is not like Scooter respect the callouts even if they are good or bad. The song will probbaly keep doing great on radio & streaming the rest of this month & probably all May, but all Bieber singles from last years & this year once it peak it fall fast. "Holy" lasted until February despite being released in September and had high spins & audience for quite long time though. I see "Peaches" lasting longer if the callouts are as good since the streaming numbers are so much better.
FAN
Positons, 34+35 and pov are all doing pretty mediocre NOW (I realize the first 2 singles did well before) to be receiving this much airplay STILL. Especially over songs like Déjà Vu, Call Me By Your Name, Leave The Door Open, UP etc which are all slaying other metrics currently.
