The Bones slaying Pop :clap3:

I hope the radio doesn't completely die because of corona

They already have (well for some at least). Last week, one of my local radio stations said they were airing from home – I wouldn't have even guessed if they didn't say, so I'm assuming they've already transitioned many stations or are in the process.

oh yea all the radio stations i listen to did that for all of last week. I meant the mediabase employees.

Is it me or Pop radio is moving slower right now? DSN the #1 song is almost 5 months old. Adore You, Blinding Lights, and My Oh My are exploding just now despite them being 3-4 months old. Also I wonder why songs stalled but didn't have a massive decrease like The Man and You Should Be Sad? Are they teh examples of the so-called "having potential"?

The updates are dead :rip: We got a couple of weeks of 300+ updates and now the biggest are below 200. Just when Harry was on his way to #1

Yeah, looks like Pop radio is kinda slowing down on its updated, Corona should have an impact, we'll see what's going the next days.

Also there's no big moves because there's lack of competition, honestly it's not like many songs are hot now, songs with great callouts are the ones rising or already high (sure, there are exceptions like ysbs, which should be slaying).

Today’s numbers will be a bit lower since they don’t include past 24 hours.

Blinding lights and DSN have significantly better streaming and itunes numbers, in comparison to MOM which is plummeting down the streaming charts

MOM had the itunes and streaming numbers.the song just peaked in these formats at different times.it was top 10 on Spotify in January https://spotifycharts.com/regional/us/daily/2020-01-03 ... It was #20-#25 on itunes the whole  February...and now it's rising on radio..it was high on all the formats but just not the same time

Callouts score matters more when it comes to the radio and as much as I don't like that song, the GP is enjoying it on the radio and that's why it is rising.A song doesn't have to be a streaming monster to be liked on the radio.

Shouldn't The Box be free falling now? The callouts were horrible

They're not horrible, just mediocre. There's a huge demand on other platforms, it won't go too far, but it's like radio being forced to play it a little bit more.

That can also be said about so many other songs that did better than MOM on streaming, but okay Jan
