I believe songs go recurrent the Monday after they fall out of top 10 of pop after charting for 150 days or more

Why does everyone think everything is payola :priceless:

Because they can't accept the fact that Camila is successful and a hitmaker. It's a personal struggle for some, and payola is their only way to cope up with it.

This is America already gaining huge on radio before the adds date. Hopefully it’s a massive crossover for him.

On BB, it's 15/20 and 10/52.  On MB, it's 10/20.  When BB first created its 40-position genre charts (Top 30 on AC, but still 25/26), the only rules were 20/26, and BB eventually added 10/52.  R&R, the precursor to MB, has 25/26 on its 50-position chart.  I miss those days when the charts actually better represented what radio stations played.  Changes aren't always for the better.  One result of BB's 20/26 rule was that some weeks there were no debuts and/or reentries on Top 40/HAC/Rhythmic/AC.  Still, if radio is playing a song that is #18 at a format should be #18, regardless if its age.  I can sort of see the 10/52 rule, but 15/20, and especially 10/20, skews the accuracy of the format's chart, and unnecessarily inflates the peak positions of songs at that genre.

i see quite explains why Finesse hasn't departed while New Rules had. Thanks!

[Disclaimer: If Billboard had expanded the Hot 100 Airplay chart profile to include airplay data from R&B, Adult Contemporary & Modern Rock (etc.) radio stations at the time then Michael Jackson, Bryan Adams and especially Whitney Houston would have been the first artists within the soundscan era to pass the 100M AI mark].
