This person trying to act like an expert.... if you really had an idea of what you are talking about you would know how many times callout scores are not relevant for radio airplay at the end, they serve as guideline to radio stations, but at the end they play what they want.

Also as i said before if these callout scores are so easily  manipulable why do you give them so much importance :ahh:

If they just play what they want, why would money and time would be invested in call-out scores? :cm: And I never said they were easy manipulable, where did I say that?

Well and why don't I have the right to discuss a radio performance that I find suspicious? And again, just because little people care or know about this stuff doesn't neglect the fact that manipulation can still happen. As you said, she's starting off her new era, the last thing she would like to have is her song not being supported by her biggest format: Pop Radio. Again, all artists care about charts, and how their song is perceived, so I pretty much think Swift cares about it. And when I said MOST of the times it happens, is because those particular songs are performing EXTREMELY well in other metrics, as happened with "Hotline Blings" back in 2015, it was doing terrible in call-out scores, but Pop Radio was still pushing it because it was smashing in streaming and sales, but that's not the case with "Look" right now. The song is no longer top 30 on Spotify and is out of the top 5 in her strongest metric which is sales, so, again, the Pop Radio support is not really coherent.

When have I said people can't talk about LWYMMD's radio performance? I'm saying your fixation on this one component of radio, callout scores, and inventing a conspiracy theory about how Taylor supposedly deliberately hid callout scores, is ridiculous, because it is. I've explained why at length numerous times. Of course Taylor cares about chart performance, every major artist does, but your whole argument is based on how a small group of people would perceive her performance on radio. Those people's opinions don't affect her chart performance at all, so why do you think she would care about that SO MUCH, that she would go to such great lengths hide callout scores?

If Taylor really had that much power over callout scores, wouldn't she just get them to change her scores to be better?

We all expected bad scores based on its performance in other core markets of hers and its weird, unconventional run in the US, but the fact that it's dead last... I can't even.

Can you prove that what I said is factually ridiculous? Can you actually provide receipts to counter what I've said? I mean, you have as much proof that she hasn't manipulated her Pop Radio run as I have proof that she has. But at the end of the day, all paths lead to Rome, every sign points to the fact that her radio support is not cohesive with its call-out scores, nor with the rest of the other formats that have already dropped the song, nor with the other metrics (sales and streaming) in which the song plummeted already.

And, I mean, the order of the factors does not alter the value of the product, she pretty much did that anyways, but in a more subtle way.

And again "Conspiracy Theory" :toofunny2: Didn't I say the other day that her team would reveal her call-out scores just in time for her Pop Radio #1? Didn't I also say they were probably going to be horrible? Did all that not just happened? :rip: A word to the wise is enough.

I'm still waiting for your counter arguments to say that the song's run on Pop Radio is perfectly close-knit with its current performance on other radio formats, streaming, sales, and newly released call-out scores.

Your argument is a conspiracy theory honey. You have literally no proof of what you are saying is happening, is happening.

And I've already given my take on LWYMMD's performance on Pop radio:

On 10/12/2017 at 9:06 AM, Headlock said:

Why is it hard for people to understand why LWYMMD is rising on Pop? It's been in the top 5 for weeks, the songs above it are starting to fall, the song has been put on power rotation for the first time, Taylor was announced as a headline performer at various radio festivals later this year, and she's Taylor Swift.

The way she can make some people so angry over every little thing

Exactly when you said that her team was hiding them so we are not able to see that she was last one.

And i said they use it as a guideline, sometimes they follow, sometimes they dont. This time maybe you should be the one doing some research to see the big amount of songs that did great with awful callouts and viceversa

I don't think this thread has ever been this much alive since the creation of NewTRL.

Taylor turning this week's radio data into a damn soap opera.

Taylor really is the standard. And even when she's not the best selling female artist, she is still the bar. 'Cause if she isn't, why are these other stans so hot and bothered?

First, they accuse her of hiding the radio call out scores for LWYMMD, and now that it's out, they still have a lot to say huh? She's hitting #1 on Pop with a polarizing song with no promo. Get over yourselves.

Nobody cares that Taylor will get a #1 on pop, she's the biggest popstar at the moment so it's kinda expected.

What is being discussed is how it's getting there.

It's getting there because she's the biggest popstar at the moment. It's kinda expected

She's not but she has you pressed? Ok. A polarizing payola fueled pop #1 is making you all fume here. Who cares if it free falls next week? As long as it goes #1, Swifties are fine. Not all of you being more invested in LWYMMD's radio chart run.

Portugal The Man slaying on radio is so random :rip:

She's not but she has you pressed? Ok. A polarizing payola fueled pop #1 is making you all fume here. Who cares if it free falls next week? As long as it goes #1, Swifties are fine. Not all of you being more invested in LWYMMD's radio chart run.

That sounds like the Country Airplay Charts lol. However, Country PDs have begun returning more of their loyalty back to their listeners this year.

There have still been a few one week #1s with big falls the next week, but not quite as bad as the last couple of years when the labels virtually controlled the Country radio charts.

Whew Taylor Swift singlehandedly reviving this thread with her unpromoted single, truly the biggest popstar of our era. :clap3:
