Hopefully "Taste" is finally exploding, come onnn, and drop PPP for BC not to struggle later on.

The gap between BOAF and Espresso narrows, less than 1k now. Btw, can't remember when was the last time a #1 Pop hit fell below the 15k mark. It's been awhile.

EDIT: Apparently, the last time this occured was on October 19th, 2017 when "Feel It Still" was #1 with 14,881 spins.

Don't trust me 100% though, I didn't do an extensive search, perhaps it might have happened more recently on a specific date that I missed. However, below 15k seems to be very low in recent years. I thought a "weak" #1 Pop hit like Trevor Daniel's "Falling" might have done it, but even that was above 16k.

I wouldn't call BOAF weak though… it's just that pop won't give it the full attention because it's holding on for dear life to so many ancient hits. As soon as they finally decide to drop all these songs, things will get back to normal, but who knows if that will ever happen at this point

Of course, BOAF is not weak at all. Plus, its spins have lowered down obviously after almost 5 weeks topping the chart. My point was more about the current state of radio, in which programmers seem to have a hard time finding new consensus hits.

Austin goes recurrent this weekend, while Pathetic should be purged.

Before anyone complains about Austin, it got a fair run on Pop. It spent 6 months on the chart, longer than even IHSH and MDB. Keep in mind, some songs don't even get 6 weeks.

We'll have to wait till mid January. In December they start bringing back the biggest hits of 2024, so we'll have to suffer for another 2.5 months.

she's back in the US with The Eras today and her singles usually do the best on radio when she's touring there so I wouldn't be shocked if this gets a big push now :eli:
