Miley's payola is on a whole another level, getting pr on multiple stations this quickly while being out on both AM and spotify and with mediocre callouts too, is next level of shameless :dies: then there's kiis replacing CS with that garbage from last year :toofunny2:

country, pop and hac better execute FC faster...

You guys scream payola for everything  wouldn't it make more sense for them to do it for River or Jaded? :toofunny2:

A song can do great on radio without being a streaming success, doesn't automatically make it a payola'd song.

They attempted the same for both and they crashed and burned quickly due to extremely low consumption and interest, same thing will happen to this. Even flowers was low key front-loaded and significantly decreased everywhere after the first month or so and have been mainly carried by radio ever since. You can argue these facts all you want, but like I said, they’re facts…

Flowers being frontloaded and carried by radio is a made up ATRL thing just like the auto play on Spotify being the reason its a hit :dies: You guys are clearly bothered by it smashing.

Since you stan for Taylor, what about Delicate? Was that song payola'd on radio? :eatpopcorn:

It was a number-one hit in 46 countries, in many of them "Flowers" has like 7–10 weeks at the pole positions. :rip:

again, you can say whatever you want, flowers was a successful single, but it didn't deserve the double digit weeks at #1 on multiple formats and overall in the us.

as for Taylor, I never claimed Delicate, yes it was fun seeing it slow rise, but at least it didn't hog the top, 1 week at pop and a #2 peak on overall, LWYMMD is the other one and deservingly free fell, other than that, she never got strong support from radio without the songs having strong hold all around, can't say the same for many today...

Only on ATRL one of the top5 biggest streaming hits of the year in the US doesn't deserve it's success on US radio, especially in the context of a career high from an artist that was ignored by radio for most of her career. :ahh:

UTBY get that top10. :clap3:

Huh? Even 3 months after release, Flowers was still #6 on US Spotify, #1 Global :lmao:

Flowers was massive, it's okay to accept that Miley had a huge moment with the song. The song was perfect for radios and smashed there accordingly.

It seems FC is spent on Pop, well, that looks like the ceiling for country hits, the exception being "I Hope" in 2020 which reached the top 3 back then, although in its case, it helped having Charlie feature.

Lovely cover nevertheless. Wonder how far NAF is going now, and if IRE can take off.

New to looking at radio numbers, is it normal for the #1 and #2s to have such a gap? Cruel Summer is closer to Snooze than it is to Fast Car.
