the US has never jumped on the British girls wagon, Dua was lucky that the US allowed her to succeed in the country. :swan: +

So now that CHR has dropped LN his fall rate at radio has slowed down significantly. Country is his home format & won't drop 1 of its all time biggest hits fast. And HAC & AC both cater more to crossovers & hold on to songs longer. While public demand & metrics forced T40 to play LN Country/AC/HAC will take more time to reduce their airplay support.

I just wish this combo had helped Fast Car. But FC could also hang around forever given its higher AC/HAC audience levels.

FC's airplay peak is higher than LN's, and overall I see it being a bigger hit, it's going to have great longevity due to its appeal to HAC/AC audiences.

FC sounds more like a soft-rock song than country. When flipping through the channels I sometimes mistaken it for nickelback. So yea ac will love it for a long time

Many Americans have a really bizarre aversion to house music and even just EDM in general. It’s why Calvin has so many more hits WW than he’s had in America.

Baby Don’t Hurt Me and Chemical are going recurrent this week, so Padam Padam should be in the Top 30 by Sunday night. Love Like This is going to be purged.

Unfortunate because I love house-pop. Why do they hate fun? it's way better than the disco-funk trend that's been popular here :doc:

Yeah, those callouts are not it for "vampire", but I get it, it's the lead single off the highly anticipated album coming from a big name. However, I can see it freefalling after sneaking in a week at the summit.

Vampire is interesting in Canada. It has way more radio support than Driver's License ever had. DL was too much of a ballad and never went #1. Vampire will go #1 tomorrow, and it's callouts are also great here.

Also What It Is (Block Boy) is already #7 here  but All My Life is stuck at #33, and I never hear it being played. Strange but with BW and PTTR I think there's too much rap for Canadian radio.

Many big radio hits had terrible callouts (That's What I Like, Work From Home, etc). Vampire is doing great on streaming and Shazam, people like the song.

What is Morgan Wallen’s next airplay single? I miss seeing him with positive updates on the overall chart. Last Night was done so dirty.

My vote goes towards Everything I Love. SOTY no doubt

Miley is under PayoColumbia so her drop will be less than Selena's, probably only 2-3M.

Well it SHOULD be a smaller drop for Miley since she's actually doing well on streaming, unlike Selena...

There's only a difference of 200 spins (#15 vs #17) between the two on pop radio, but that's how they're performing on US Shazam:

9. Used to Be Young

45. Single Soon

"PayoColumbia" or not, radio music listeners have clearly made their choice. :bird:

I would think his best multi format choice would be Thinkin Bout Me. EIL is already slowing its climb at Country & TBM is picking up steam there. If anything, TBM is less Country & more Rhythmic than LN & with the right remix could get airplay at Rhythmic stations.

1. Cruel Summer - 16128 (-126)

2. Vampire - 15992 (+264)

3. DTN - 15254 (+131)

4. Snooze - 12482 (+143)

Gap for #2: 136 (-390)

Gap for #3 874 (-257)

let's get it over with, Taylor already got a 6th week on BB matching 'Blank Space' for her second longest, only behind IKYWT's 7

Olivia can take the mediabase #1 on monday and then get dethroned by Dua throughout the week who can take the BB #1 and even the mediabase then both immediately get dropped like a rock for CS to get back to #1 until SZA comes along to replace her... but pop needs to leave CS the **** alone, it's still stomping everyone, she even just received a new peak in streams on spotify despite hitting a billion yesterday :deadbanana4:

Radio/Spotify/AM/iTunes

Luke   - 1/19/26/8

Rema  - 2/103/101/30

Taylor - 3/4/21/10

SZA    - 4/26/10/64

Dua    - 5/21/71/13

Olivia - 6/11/35/37

Miley - 7/76/98/19
