As for Running Up That Hill, it's long since designated Gold, or a recurrent recurrent in MB. So unless MB changes things & makes it current we won't see it rise in airplay as easily. We'd have to settle for BB weekly updates. 

Let’s not forget Meg Meyer’s amazing cover of Running Up That Hill went #1 on ALT radio just 2 years ago so they could okay that as well

I was 11 when it came out & remember it being huge in the UK but performed less impressively here in the US. I had only been chartwatching for a little over a year when it came out (began July 1984). So #30 in late 1985-early 86 meant to me the song got played but failed to really connect in the US. That appears to have finally happened almost 37 years later. 

 

Also, #1 Active Rock Song this week was "The Steeple" by Lizzy Hale's Halestorm! So you have a lady leading the Rock Airplay Chart last week! Women dont top that chart very often.

Been hearing more and more NLB on radio, definetely can see it as the next Top 5 Pop hit, glad they give it the chance!

Theres mass gaps between 11 to 12 to 13 for them to outdo each other and neither have massive upticks.  Maybe Bam Bam will eventually go top 10 who know.   Nothing else is remotely close to making waves
