190k

Thanks. They pulled great #s.

If "It Ain't Me" is really Selena's lead and she does radio promo/pushes a video preview I'd say she could pull 110-120k next week. Let's see.

You're literally right on the money:

They declined 12.5% from 2013 to 2014 (x)

They declined 12.5% from 2014 to 2015 (x)

And they declined 25% from 2015 to 2016 (x).

Actually, they're probably down by a little more than 50% since the end of 2013, because now they're declining by a few percentage points every month.

Ok, so taking this decline into consideration, Katy's actually declining by around 65% if she pulls a 100k week after her performance at the Grammys.

And I believe the market decline is worse if we only look at new songs.

No, I don't. I think CSTF! will be the last 300k debut we ever see.

I think Adele's next lead will.

You are correct.

Current digital single sales:

Declined 10.3% from 2013 to 2014

Declined 14.5% from 2014 to 2015

Declined 31.9% from 2015 to 2016*

*at mid-year, but at mid-year the overall decline was 23.9% (which is pretty close to the actual figure of 25%), so I think it's safe to say current single sales declined by over 30% from the end of 2015 to the end of 2016

I think so too! It'll probably reach around 85%? At least that's my guest... The last 24 hours destroyed all my predictions.

this is going to stabilize behind MR at best
