If, in fact, from #2 to #6 we don't have any changes from last week, at #7 we have the hot shot debut of the week, and it's another solo debut. Jesy Nelson, with the help of a little bit of controversy and Nicki Minaj, enjoys the debut of her first solo single, "Boyz", at #7. "traitor" by Olivia Rodrigo ascends at #8 thanks to growing airplay. With "traitor" entering and "good 4 u" exiting the Top 10 (the former #1 hit slips at #13 this week) Olivia scores another consecutive week charting inside the Top 10, a strike she started with her debut single "drivers license" this January. "Breakdown" by G-Eazy and Demi Lovato jumps at #9 and it's followed, at #10, by "Fue Mejor" by Kali Uchis and SZA as the song becomes the second top 10 hit for Kali Uchis. Monky_2405 Posted October 21, 2021 Author Posted October 21, 2021 (edited) WEEKS 242 An event is an event! And Adele's comeback is definetely an event. "Easy On Me" marks the return of the british diva and her proper debut inside this countdown. With such a beautiful song the outcome was inevitabile. With her very first entry Adele scores a very special debut at #1, dethroning "Have Mercy" (down at #2) after 2 weeks spent at the top. Adele coming makes other songs slip aswell, letting, for example, "Don't Go Yet" and "Wild Side" go down a spot at #3 and #4 respectively. "Boyz", by Jesy and Nicki, earns one more spot and climbs at #6, charting right behind Little Mix's "Love (Sweet Love)" #5 and that's ironic considering what happened in the last few days. In the meantime "fue mejor" reaches #9 and Kylie Minogue scores a new top 10 as "A Second To Midnight" climbs at #10. With rumors fueling of a MV coming as soon as today, "traitor" leaves the Top 10 after just one week slipping from #8 to #11. "Faking Love" by Anitta and Saweetie has a very good first week performance and debuts at #19. "Ex For Reason" by Summer Walker, on the other hand, starts at #31. Lauren Jauregui's "Scattered" starts at #46. Following the official music video premiere, "G R O W" by Willow, Avril and Travis returns at #66 for a 10th week charting. "Dance Magic" by Foxes and "Fancy" by Lennon Stella, the last minute releases from the end of last week, finally debut at #67 and #70 respectively.
