To be honest I never heard of Cruel Summer outside of atrl lol, but Shake It Off was huge. I know Cruel Summer is a big hit, I'm not denying that. I'm just sharing my experience (I think it's because of the streaming era, hits are not inescapable anymore).

Bear in mind. I never said those three men were unelectable. I could see them winning the presidency. However all three of them are extremely evil people and I could never see myself bring myself to vote for any of them. Shapiro, Cuomo, and Newsom. I could see myself voting for any Democrat but those three, conceivably. And yet they are most likely our only choices moving forward.

It's actually insulting to compare such an EVENT that was also SO historically rich to anything else that will not be near as historically rich as or as eventful as Beychella. Gagachella will certainly be a moment, but I don't think anyone ever will be able to do what Bey did. Not just performance wise but this was literally right after she had the Twins, people were HUNGRY to see how she would bounce back and where she was at as a performer. And not only did she come back looking better than ever, she exceeded everyone's expectations and wound up putting on one of the most iconic/historical performances of all time. It's literally THE most googled live performance in history I think. Gaga will do amazing and I feel she's gonna put on a show, and I feel the only performer that could give their all and put on a moment and hold her own like Bey. But y'all have to understand, when Bey did Beychella the cards were totally different and people were hungry. And she set a new standard.
