Are they counting the Samsung deal or something. it should be at #12 or #13 You tried it with this stale shade, if Billboard didn't count her Samsung copies in her first week sales (which causes the 460 mess), what makes you think they'd count it in their all time chart ? ANTI spent 19 weeks in the top 5 and 33 weeks in the top 10, 66 in the top 40, and 95 in the top 100 (and 2 at #1). You guys don't seem to realize how much this album slayed on the Billboard 200.

I literally said in my post that the question is just out of curiosity and no shade. I love Anti but doesn`t feel like its bigger than some of the album below it. Thanks for the information about her chart run. Clearly the sps change affect her stats on BB200 a lot and she has better advantage than those pre sps albums. These albums have strong single run which can translate to better chart run on BB200 if sps count back then and could be above Anti on this list if that the case. 7. The Truth About Love, P!nk 8. Teenage Dream, Katy Perry 12. Title, Meghan Trainor The chart transition is always benefit some certain artists and its not a bad thing. Anti still earned its spot, it`s a good album. Yes but keep in mind that: Quote Due to changes in chart methodology over the years, eras are weighted differently to account for chart turnover rates over various periods. Billboard gives an advantage to albums released pre-streaming era in their point system I see you weren't throwing shade though

IVY Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 This list is weird, even in SPS anti hasn't hit 3m in sales. I would've understood if it had a lot of sales with SPS. I don't get BB formula but Anti shouldn't be there.
BajanBeauty Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 LOVE how ATRL selectively picks and chooses when they want to take BB charts seriously. - They provide a detailed explanation of their methodology. Anyways props to little Ms. 460 doing Gods work. Ohhh how the girls on here so desperately wanted her to be over.
Green Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 How is Pure Heroine higher than Teenage Dream with half of the sales and half of the chart run? It doesn't make any sense Tenage Dream Peak #1 Total charting weeks: 236 (by July 2017) Sales: 3,1 million Pure Heroine Peak #3 Total charting weeks: 107 Sales: 1.67 million

The following week album A sells 450K but it only lands at the #5 spot and album B sells 30K but given the climate it till snatches say #2 then album B would place higher in this chart and seem more successful. Album A, 100 points first week and 95 points the following.... 195 points it's first two weeks with 900K in sales Album B, 100 points as well then 99 points the following... 199 points it's first two weeks with 95K in sales. By Billboard chart points, Album B would place higher than album A in a list like this. Teenage Dream probably spent a lot of weeks towards the lower end of the charts but it was still charting... in the 107 weeks Pure Heroine was there it maybe did some time in the mid then dropped but that time in the middle gave her more points than say maybe 10 of Katy's weeks combined. I'd have to see their whole chart run but most likely it's because of that. 1 week at #50 is counted higher than say 8-10 weeks in the 90's.
ChandlerBing Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 The list is so flawed. Lol. At least Female MJ is confirmed to be the biggest artist of the decade.
taylor__fan Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 Taylor owning the albums and Katy the singles My faves
