• Element – 7.5 – There are certain parts of this song that really hit the nail on the head, especially the series of comparative adjectives in the chorus. Reading through the lyrics, however, makes me realize how much of a focus there is on the cheater and what he has done and is doing right now, so that revenge–esque vibe lowers your score a bit.
• rl231 – 8.5 – Almost there. But really good! It's similar to Roar, but I think it beats it out mainly because the song builds as a story and works slightly better thematically.
• Dylan – 9.5 – This may get mixed reviews but I love it. It displays the pain she endured, mentions how it motivated her to keep going, and builds into a declaration that no one’s going to stop her now (she’s revitalized). Nice job.
• T-Swizz – 7.5 – Again, this is similar to the mistake Rihstart made. The song touches on a re-awakening but seems to be more concerned with resilience and dedicates the song to someone else. The track falls in line with the "whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger" mindset and sparingly mentions elements of a revival. I originally had this lower but I'm being lenient since this is your first round.
