I honestly would've never expected this I'm so proud of her....more than Warrior!!

Honestly, I'm still too cautious to celebrate anything. I really don't know how she could lose the #1 debut, but honestly? Nobody expected half the success she has seen when talked about just a few months ago. People were predicting she would peak mid-50s on BBH100 at best, so if the unexpected can happen one way... :katie:

Then there's the second week, too. I don't want to be like "Kesha WON!" only to see she did 6k SPS in her second week. I don't really follow charts, so I don't know the likelihood of any of this actually happening, but I'm going to stay humble as a fan and just say she's been blowing expectations out of the water by every metric so far.

Who would have thought that despite years of being stuck in literal contract and legal hell, she'd still put out an album sooner than Christina.

If she performs something at the VMAs I think the album can pull off decent numbers on the second week too. Right now I'm just happy that Rainbow has a big chance to outsell Warrior's 1st week sales.

And Warrior was actually released AFTER Lotus :deadbanana:

These are great numbers for her :clap3:Happy for her and her fans.

Such amazing numbers considering Warrior's performance in a much better sales climate, during Christmas season, and with a #2 hit to support it.  It's so beautiful to see the GP responding to this album.  She truly deserves it.

I'd love to see 100K+ in pure sales, but honestly as long as she gets the #1 and beats Warrior, I'll be ecstatic.  I never would have thought any of this possible 3 months ago.

She deserves all of the success in the world. :clap3:

100k is absolutely amazing. Praying touched my soul, she deserves so much :clap3:

Oh wow. To be honest I didn't think she would hit these numbers. I'm happy to swallow my words. She deserves it solely for the hell she's been through. And the album is actually good (Praying is slaying me right now) so kudos to her.

Impressive, kudos to her :clap3:

So happy that's happening :jonny3:

SPS is more stable since the track sales/streams don't decline much, it's pure sales that could decline a lot.

But yeah we just have to be grateful she is doing well so far.

Amazing, she deserves it :clap3: I don't understand how she's selling so high though? Was there a hit single or something?

Doing better than Warrior, 5 YEARS later in a far worse market. :weeps: THIS is how you make a comeback!

I really hope she breaks 100k, even if it's just SPS omg.

Gurl even if predictions drop she's still on par with Warrior, which is far better in 2017 than 2012. That's amazing. I do think #1 is a lock (unless someone huge surprise releases, but that would be really ****ty since most people in the industry seem to be #TeamKesha) and I think it will pull over 100k SPS as Praying keeps climbing and word gets out. And honestly? Second week drops are something only stans care about and drag with. A #1 debut is a #1 debut; considering her last record didn't even touch Top 5, that's a win. :heart2: I know it feels weird to allow ourselves to be happy but... miss Kesha DID THAT.
