Streams are counted from users on free trials on other streaming services, so I don't see the problem.

The main problem is that you don't need an account to stream Meek's album, and bots can be used to inflate stream numbers.

I don't think that's an issue cause you can't play it on two different browsers or repeat individual song or forward/rewind it. It's all just speculation really
