I'm more than certain that the 10 most popular songs on an artist's page is sorted by listens the past month / 30 days. 

 

Diplomatic is #3 on Drake's page behind One Dance with 13.9m. It obviously beat OD in streams this week, but OD still gets 5m global streams per week which would be near a 20m~ one month total.

 

And the artists with huge Christmas hits still have them on their most popular listing. They'll probably go away this weekend once it passes over a month since Christmas.
