I went through a phase like this during the covid lockdown a few years ago too :chick3: The feeling of "I can do more than this" will keep you restless, and the root of the problem runs deep in our societies. But then I came across this book & it helped unpack the issue a bit

I actually don't know how to be productive so I just rot in place.

A lot of y'all did not read the post :suburban: I keep getting people think I mean physical restlessness. It's not physical. I can be still, physically

Sounds like you got bored of your hobbies. Have you tried playing video games while old pre-maternity Trisha Paytas videos are playing in the background? I heard that helps a lot.

only felt this way after a big exam

Nope I just lay in bed as a coach potato

I should be sorting stuff out preparing to make the house look sellable but haven't done anything. I wish I had motivation to never sit still at least things would be done

I used to be this way, to the point where I felt bad for sitting and being at peace. I'm not like that anymore. Of course, I still do have a desire to be productive—but I don't feel bad for allowing myself to rest anymore. I've gotten to the point where I've become burned out before, and it's a terrible feeling; my body definitely made me stop.
