YourFavoriteWeapon Posted March 29 Posted March 29 This came on shuffle and I forgot how heart wrenching and beautiful of a song it is. It's such a raw and vulnerable depiction of trying to overcome grief with some of her most heartbreaking lyrics ("Death take me with you I don't wanna live without my flower"). I know MC&HDP is a controversial "love it or hate it" album (I personally adore it and consider it her magnum opus), but it should be an unanimous opinion that this is one of the top-tier masterpieces in her discography. 2 5
Scars Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Such a beautiful song. The Floyd Song, Lights, Space Bootz...oh, Dead Petz, you deserved so much more. 4
Kayseri Mantisi Posted March 29 Posted March 29 MEGA taste this is literally her best album and it's skipless entire album sounds like a bad trip, it's so good & dark that it sometimes changes my mood to a depressive one if i listen to it when i'm happy it really showcases her versatility as an artist, it's Lana/Lorde/Impala levels of experimenting which is unexpected after a MPG album like Bangerz this is also why i'm so excited for hew new album because she also teased it as experimental and Dead Petz was as experimental as she can get 3

Knowing Something Beautiful can possibly top it omfg 2
HeavyMetalAura Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Following up her most commercially successful album with Dead Petz is perhaps the most punk thing any pop girl has ever done. 7
honestopinion Posted March 29 Posted March 29 I'm happy at least one person in this world understands my obsession with this song. It's heartbreaking but such a beautiful piece of art. Miley is the true artist 2

hoax Posted March 30 Posted March 30 My Dead Petz taste leans more to songs like Cyrus Skies and KDBS, but I have a very soft spot in my heart for The Floyd Song 1
