This is more embarrassing than a 3rd week at #1 for the album. TZ deserves to be her 10th #1 or at least a top10 debut.

#1 for the album > top 10 for the single (if it's going to fall the next week). she has an infinity of top 10s, it's not going to add anything to her career, yes the album has already peaked at #1 but she doesn't have a lot of weeks at #1 overall.

I think with the deluxe they wanted to aim more to the success of the full project ( full album + movie ) instead of focusing on 1 single ( which i think is better since they are not planning to have any smash song )

A new top10 is a new top10, and TZ deserves that.

Most major artists have shifted to the album format because smash singles are mostly luck and if it's viral on Tiktok. A deluxe promo track that isn't an official single debuting top 20 is excellent. Besides it's better for her career longevity to focus on albums over singles. And if something takes off...great.

Quite the opposite, she has plenty of top 10s that debuted there and then fell off (boyfriend, focus, swu), on the other hand ES could be her FIRST album to spend three weeks atop the BB200

With the horrible radio update today, I guess it's safe to say that this was just a typical deluxe release with no actual/official single. TZ was just the focus track. Despite this treatment, all the deluxe tracks are expected to debut higher than "test drive" (which had a TTH #1 exposure btw) and the album is expected to re-peak at the summit with over 100K units. It's a big win for Ariana and her team imo.

the label is vile for doing this...the only think they need to do is to push the song on radio & music platforms , nothing else. 

Such good songs (specially choruses)  deserve to get exposure
