The timing is horrible and long overdue, but this is not a win for Demoncrats or Republicants, **** those lizards, this is a win for humanity. For now.

this and this, sorry won't bend the knee and get into the "gotcha" moment some are wanting for Trump on here.

Of course. While Biden did not do enough initially at the beginning, he and his administration have been in talks for a ceasefire for a while now. Bibi intentionally waited to sign a ceasefire until Trump was elected AND he was about to get in office. If you can't see how Bibi and Trump played everyone here, you are blind. Hopefully, the people from Gaza who are left have something to rebuild at this point, easily one of the worst humanitarian disasters in modern history.

who is bibi?

Fantastic news. Doesn't change the fact that it should've come much faster and it's been extraordinarily mishandled by so many people in power, but this is undeniably a great thing that will save lives.

This.

Netanyahu- it's his nickname in Israel. I guess from Benjamin his first name.

So this technically happened under a Biden presidency? I'm sure Trump will attempt to take credit.

But he was the one who pressed about it. I mean all insiders agree that he was the one who obtained it and the first time the usa pressured. We don't know what this means  in long term, West Bank annexation or retaking as soon as they have the hostages with a ridiculous excuse?

however, it is proof that Biden and Blinken never really pushed for ceasefire.

reading the comments of those who are even scandalized because it is a Biden achievemt for which Trump will now take credit, I cannot understand whether these people are so naive, stupid or Biden supporters who want to feel clear with their conscience

I hope they think this genocide was worth 4 more years of trump.

About ******* time. Still can't quite believe it. My eyes are filled with tears. I've been scrolling through videos of joy from Gazans. A ceasefire is literally the bare minimum and should have happened a LONG LONG time ago.

All the blood is on Biden and his administration's hands. May he and all his supporters never know a moment of peace in their miserable lives. We see you already crediting this to him. **** YOU and trust that history will never forget you and your endless genocide apologia.

AND this should not be the end. Now let's hold those accountable for the genocide and end the occupation.

This makes sense, but I wonder why Trump was so easily able to pressure the ceasefire despite apparently not really doing much? It makes me think that Israel strategically reached this point in order to time it with Trump's presidency. I'm not one to go for conspiracies, but why specifically now? Israel could have done this even 6 months ago.
