Should: Brat

Will: HMHAS

although i'm not mad at HMHAS winning, it's easily the 2nd best album on the list

the grammies love to award randomness … so it'll probably be Collier, especially with votes being split for the pop women

I'd like to see BRAT win honestly, just because I like seeing the underdog win and Billie's already won AOTY. That being said, HMHAS is better than her debut so if she did win again it would be deserved and I'd be happy about it obviously.

Interesting take but I think TTPD might end up pulling more country voters than Cowboy Carter. But Daddy I Love Him and Fresh Out The Slammer might swing a lot of those voters especially given the reception of Cowboy Carter by the mainstream country guys.

Solid point which will hurt Beyonce even more because Taylor's not winning a 5th album of the year so soon but her presence could take some votes from Cowboy carter.

I also wonder if Andre 3000 takes jazz votes from Billie since jazz takes up a considerable percentage genre wise for votes and Billie's sound suits their support.

there are a few instances where others can take votes but overall it's Billie and Beyonce who I think are top 2. Taylor, Sabrina (will perform better in song categories), Charli (easy Dance wins without considering AOTY) and Chappell I don't believe will take as many votes away from Billie or beyonce in the AOTY field.

I wonder if some of the same people who didn't support Beyonce in the CMAs also vote in the grammy's award as well. That could play a factor.

All signs point to Billie + her win won't cause too much controversy if any at all. Whether Taylor or Beyonce win it's gonna be a shitstorm on social media and I don't see it for anyone else other than these 3.

I'd be happy with Charli or Chappell.

I don't think Sabrina breaks the major categories outside of maybe either SOTY or ROTY.

Realistically I feel like Billie has the most chances to win, with Beyonce in second place, and Taylor as a dark horse.

I just want to mention the following curious and obscure stat I came up with:

Every time Taylor has had a Record of the Year nomination for a song in the same Grammy year as an album, that album ended up winning AOTY:

1. Fearless had You Belong with Me

2. 1989 had Blank Space

3. Midnights had Anti-Hero

Folklore's Cardigan missed ROTY, but that was her "critical comeback" year, and she ended up winning AOTY anyway.

Probably Billie, which I wouldn't be mad about, but I'm hoping for brat. No other album captured the zeitgeist this year like that did.

Beyoncé has zero chance here lol. brat would have a much better chance to sneak the win if HMHAS wasn't also nominated imo

Will: Billie

Should: idk I only listened to about half of these albums but I'd the ones I did listen to, HMHAS

This made me wonder what ATRL predicted would win last year, and it seems ATRL expected SOS to take it over Midnights.

I wonder if ATRL will be wrong again and maybe Brat or TTPD will take it over HMHAS.

For me it's between Billie or Charli XCX

If they want a wild card moment then it's definitely Chapel Roan.

Billie will win and honestly she should.

Billy is going to rightfully win.

Should win: brat,

will win: probably Billie, although I'm thinking Chappell could win too

I'd like to see brat win but I can't imagine those old out of touch ultra traditional farts giving it to a british oontz oontz album. Have most of them even heard it? They always award the lowest hanging fruit.

I still think it's Billie's to lose. I'd be happy with that win too, definitely better than her debut album's win & somewhat avenges HTH's deserved win.

Charli should win though. The fact that she got nominated at all, I'll take that alone as a win.

I'd love for Sabrina or Chappell to take, Taylor for the absolute meltdowns, but I can see Billie having the best shot. Unless they finally give it to Beyoncé, but many pop girls go entire careers without that win so I don't think they'll just hand it over because it's due and past snubs

I actually think Andre will get it.

Billie/Chappell/Sabrina/Charli will all split votes, and Taylor and Beyoncé—despite being the biggest names on the ballot—released albums that were very polarizing.
