With the Grammys now less than a month away, who do you think is winning Album of the Year?

I honestly don't think they'll give it to Taylor again this soon, and they never awarded Beyoncé for better albums than 'COWBOY CARTER', so I don't expect they giving it to her either.

 

It's between Billie and Charli imo.

Chappell and Sabrina could be outside contenders. Charli seems like wishful thinking, though her many collaborators on the remix album might help gather votes.

 

And there's always a scenario where the MPG albums split votes and Andre 3000 takes it. Now that, would be a kii.

It will be either Billie or Chappell. My bet is on Billie. The Tortured Department doesn't even deserve a nom.

I used to think Beyonce had a solid chance because she's overdue for a win and the Grammy voters know this, but the Jay-Z lawsuit coming out in the middle of the voting period probably hurt her. Billie is the obvious front runner now, and it's a safe bet that she'll win.

I like HMHAS a lot but am trying to understand why people feel it deserves to win AOTY. I don't see it as worthy of it as her debut was.

Beyoncé should have already won for Lemonade and/or Renaissance. So to win for CC which is not as good as either of those albums would be weird.

 

I am rooting for Billie. She deserves it and probably will win.

I wouldn't be shocked if it was Billie, Chappell or Bey. I'd be shocked if it went to Charli though, though not because it's undeserving, just not what I see the committee resonating with. I'd see them crowing Sabrina before her, which checks out as the safer/more palatable choice. I think Billie is most deserving though.
