When WJSN teased WJSN THE BLACK

I'm still mad that Dawon wasn't in the final line up because she's in duet sub-unit with Yeongjung but Starship only gave them OST for cartoon.

Why is Jisoo's album is named  A Mortgage? :eli:

YG EXPLAINS DID YOU STEEL MONEY AGAIN?

Judging by YG's recent business decisions, I'm guessing the original name for the album was Amortize.

Jisun is cute, but it's clear actressitis was going to take her once it had a chokehold on Gyuri. Could see her being a future CF queen too tbh but she gives over idol life like Saerom.

Jisun moved in with some youtube guy last year and didn't even bother to hide it, so she already had that exit strategy going.  Saerom's infamous private activities suggests she also is efforting that exit strategy.

but Seoyeon? Lowkey perched for her random solo slay one day, i see the vision. I imagine she was ready to do a 180 from the fromis concepts by now

Seoyeon is kinda surprising because she is the one who worked the hardest to achieve her level of performance capacity, so you'd think she'd be more invested in this thing than most, but yeah, she probably decided she has outgrown being in a group.  Oh well.

Nations Girl Group Legacy continues …. Will SM make them more English lyric leaning and commercial appealing to western artists then? Or just a coincidence

Oh GOT7 is in their soft-boy era. Not a fan of the first three songs, but it just got better and better after that :jonnycat: Hearing Youngjae ad-libs for the first time since, what, their Turbulence album? JayB's ad-libs in general. The iconic Mark/Jinyoung harmonies making a comeback. Jackson singing voice sounding so good and improved! They did this for me!

I was so surprised to see their album

Python: Written & Produced by BAMBAM

Smooth: Written by Jackson

Our Youth: Written by ARS (YoungJae)

Remember: Written by Yugyeom

Darling: Written by Def. (JayB)

Tidal Wave: Produced by BAMBAM

Out The Door: Written & Produced by Mark

her: Written by Jinyoung

Yours Truly: Written by GOT7 and produced by Def. (JayB)

Originally Tidal Wave was a song that was supposed to be a standalone single last year, so when they started to record the album Tidal Wave was the Title Track by Default, but when they finished recording the album Python took its place naturally.

aespa inhereting all the digital prowess is not on my bingo card. The fact they are doing all this with noise music needs to be studied

I do like Tidal Wave more, and I feel like it would've gave a better peak into the overall vibe of the album had it been the title track; however, Python is a cute bop and still works as well in terms of what you'd expect for a K-Pop title track (it being more hard-hitting and better suited for choreography amongst a few things). As for the credits, it was definitely nice to see all the members contribute. Usually, Youngjae, Jinyoung, and JayB contributed the most, with the other 4 giving a song every now and then. I hope they continue to all get one song each for the rest of their albums moving forward :alexz:

I love the each member get one song thing cause you can hear the influence of each other while still sounding GOT7.

Kinda losing hope for the gravity this time.

Wavs seem to gravitate more to the b-side sounding type of songs this time. :suburban:
