Well, when the only people listening to your music are your fans, there comes a time when they simply slow down and don't listen as much. Billie has several bonafide GP hits on her album so the public is actually tuning in.

 

There's a reason Taylor knows she has to constantly release in order to keep her numbers up; the public isn't tuning in so her fans have to be constantly fed. She really put herself in a position where she'll never be able to stop.
