Y'all forget Taylor's discography is the biggest by a mile so her streams are split amongst them. Unlike your favs people actually listen to all her music, not just the new stuff :clap3:

Sour is far superior to TTPD (and Taylor's discography in general) are we surprised?

Definitely not!

even Sour also managed to outstream every single michael jackson's album too!

We love quality, talented and unproblematic queen Olivia!! :clap3:

Sour is the best album that came out this decade. TTPD is Taylor's weakest effort. :michael:

TTPD and BRAT's daily streams are inflated by the number of tracks.

Their average daily streams per track are lower than Radical Optimism…

Isn't the right answer lack of hits on TTPD?  There was only 1 single and that wasn't anything big either

Just because Broken Heart flopped doesn't mean it's not a single

this:rip: people spending their time at christmas to fight about stats that are not related to them :rip: like do you not have better things to do:deadbanana4:

OT: we have seen countless threads about how TTPD is fan driven and has no longevity but then people compare it to literally the biggest albums of this decade:deadbanana: its a flop ok? so just shut up

The need to restrict to certain "versions" of TTPD for the thread to even work and disguise its trolling, OTHs are down bad even on Christmas Day :deadbanana:

Edit: And it's not even true lmao, OP can't even troll properly

This is what happens when an artist only has one listenable album. :foxaylove2:

Sour is bigger than: any Ariana Grande era, any Billie Eilish era, any non-Fame Gaga era, etc

Imagine how hard you have to be coping to make this thread oh Billie stans :dies: "But the standard version on Sunday isn't pulling more stream than my fav's deluxe album on Monday" aren't yall tired it's Christmas :deadbanana:

The fact Taylor's has spent this decade being compared to SOUR, 30, SOS, HMHAS, S&S, Future Nostalgia... aka the new crop of artists despite debuting in 2006 and still coming on top in spectacular fashion (nobody is touching her overall streams, overall units, overall ticket sales, book sales, tour movie tickets etc...) is truly a testament to her power and longevity.

Imagine each and every one of your releases being compared year after year after year to the biggest eras of said year, but each time it's by different artists. Only Future Nostalgia compared with folklore in 2020, only 30/SOUR compared with Red TV in 2021, only SOS compared with Midnights in 2022, she had no competition in 2023 with 1989 TV, only HMHAS and S&S compared with TTPD in 2024.

Meanwhile these artists other efforts this decade? Dua flopped, Adele vanished, GUTS was successful but couldn't keep up, SZA only released SOS with its deluxe this decade, Sabrina just broke through. Billie is the only one that is kinda keeping up with HTE being a second successful era this decade.

Merry Christmas to y'all! This thread was a nice distraction because Christmas in my family... exhausting.

We (i'm saying this to swifties) need to accept that this album was not well received by ANYONE outside a more loyal part of the fanbase, and it's alright! Not everyone will get the "genius" that is TTPD 🥺

What annoys me more about this is that not only this album free-fell after its debut but it also ruined the numbers of her entire catalogue :skull: before she dropped this abomination she had like 10 songs doing 1m streams daily, now she has what? 3? and that's including a christmas song. TTPD kinda ruined her career again. Folklore saved it after Lover (although that one won in the end), and now she's back to being seen as untalented again.
