Luminate reported than on average 46% of vinyl sales come from the first variant.

Meaning (in for example) TTPD case as it sold 1.91M pure first week, it would've sold "only" 878k (enough for biggest debut of the decade excl. herself btw)

And Taylor can easily acheive 500k from SEA so it'd be far above 1M with ease

I mean midnights did 1.5M+ iirc, and lets say that 500K copies out of that were variant purchases (because honestly I would like to hope/believe that those kinds of stans are not that many in number)... So she might scrape by a 1M+ release still.
