Since the last time Rih released an album, Gaga has released 2 songs that rival Rihanna's biggest hits ever  - DWAS and Shallow. And 2 other solo hits that rival Rihanna's most recent solo hits - ARUTW and Bloody Mary. Nowadays a song doesn't have to peak high on charts to become huge, so the "chart poison" thing is a very weak drag when ARUTW and Bloody mary's impact, numbers and longevity speaks for itself. 

 

If Gaga continues to catch up to Rih's # of hits by releasing more and more hits, she will start getting more daily streams, hope you understand that the reason Rih gets more streams is cuz she has released way more singles, including way more collabs and has more hits   

 

Anyway both of them are relevant Queens, point is while Rih is inactive, Gaga continues to get hits so idk what you're getting at
