I'm so hyped! We need a house album with no collab. The only artists I'll tolerate on it are fka twigs, Arca or The Weeknd, because she spent some time with them in the last couple of years. She also said she'd like to work with Kendrick. That would be nice but not sure how they'd work on a house album. I'll take dance music too ofc

But please, no trend-chasing artists. With everything that happened in her life lately and such a good producer on board + her reputation being so high thanks to Deadpool, Rio, Popular, etc. she has the power to come back at least as strong as Kylie did with Padam Padam

Yesterday was a great day. First we learned that my friend has beaten cancer and is now cancer free and after news about new Madonna music was announced. So happy right now.

My biggest hope for this album (other than the production/mixing being crisp and fresh) is that her natural voice is able to shine through. I've had such low expectations given her use of autotune over the last decade but she sounds phenomenal on songs like I Don't Search I Find (specifically that one verse).

Madonna has camp songs in her discography that are meant to be cheeky, the true atrocities Stuart wouldn't allow would be stuff like Funana

Are we sure about that, she was getting dragged a few days ago for those Pope pics on instagram. Also a feature might give her a appearance on the billboard charts.

I don't want to get my hopes up. Not after she worked with William Orbit and Mirwais again, only to give us MDNA and Madame X. Hopefully Stuart will continue to push her though and give her some focus in the way the other two weren't.

 

I'd love for her to write with Patrick Leonard again and have Stuart produce.

Mirwais' production work on Madame X is incredible, especially God Control, I Don't Search I Find, and Extreme Occident. MDNA is the result of Madonna doing too many things at once and not giving the album the time and attention it deserved. The songs with Orbit had the foundation of something great—they just needed more time in the oven and M's quality control. 

 

I have high hopes for this. Stuart has such a great ear and taste; his recent work on the Celebration Tour it's *chef's kiss*
