Are there still impartial juries for federal cases? What is his attorney going to likely argue for - life in prison vs death penalty?

This is not looking good :dancehall:

The federal charges are to force him to take a plea and not go to trial, I think. If that's the case he should take his chances cause if you're gonna spend the entirety of your life locked up with like 9/11 terrorists :rip:  And the trial is gonna be so iconic

I think definitely take chances because if there's a young person within the juries he might even get a lighter sentence

I would disagree... Only the top 1%. The rest is massively struggling. According to the Gravel Institute... some parts of the US look like 3rd world conditions of absolute poverty (UN poverty report).

Absolute Poverty is a term that doesn't describe poverty in relation to the average of the rest of country, it describes poverty in relation to poverty in the rest of the world.

I think The US hasn't collapsed yet, bc the GP may be too uneducated to see the flaws.

The way rich people can get away with abhorrent crimes while they're trying to get  the harshest sentence possible for a guy who shot a CEO. Very transparent.

Ehh I don't know if that's true. I make $21k a year so not actual poverty (in our government's eyes since I don't qualify for any assistance; I think the national threshold is $15k) but I'm the poorest person I know. To say only top 1% is doing good and the rest is struggling is a bit much. These condescending european nonsensical talks cause the USA is NOT a third world country.

Liberals in the other thread were calling me evil reincarnated cause I said billionaires should be stripped of their wealth and do hard labor meanwhile America the liberal democracy is literally trying to turn a simple murder into a lesson that anyone who kills a rich person can be tortured and made a warning sign to never question the rich again. :deadbanana2:

I literally want to see receipts of this

I think it's just the richest and most powerful are often the smartest and can easily manipulate the population. You rarely see anti-government protests in the U.S., despite being consistently awful, whereas in other countries, protests occur frequently and lead to meaningful changes

These terrorism charges are laughable, but extremely predictable, law baddies knew he was gonna get federally charged. Oh, U.S., you rotten skank, you're nearing failed state territory. :foxaylove3:

It's not condescending. The top 1% in Euope are also slaying, while the rest 99% is struggling. The only difference here is, we do not have to die bc our insurance company denies us care.

There are parts of ABSOLUTE poverty in Germany, UK, France, Italy too.. The only difference here is... we won't deny that.

Absolutely gross. This will backfire on them. I also love how the Feds sold them out and leaked this info. Yesterday's spectacle backfired so bad, they want to diminish their agency in the matter. These federal charges are weak and will be thrown out. They are preemptively saving face when **** hits the fan.

Guys, this clip and comments have been going around. Luigi received something called a "prison pep" from some powerful prisoners and correctional officers in his last jail. This man is protected. It's so funny now looking back at Fox News and Jesse Walters(?) out of touch ass saying he'll be graped or killed in there. The boy has REAL street cred.

This man is absolutely beloved. I have never seen anything like this before in my life. Doctors and nurses have volunteered to treat him in jail. They are also donating to his legal fund. Jesus Christ. Who is seeing him?

The alleged shooter is also being treated by "some nurses and doctors" who support the cold-blooded slaying and expressed interest in donating funds to his legal cause, sources told The Post.
