CandyCoatedClouds Posted yesterday at 02:06 AM Posted yesterday at 02:06 AM (edited) So best case realistic scenario is, the jury find him not guilty for the terrorism and murder 1 charge, and instead he gets found guilty for the smaller secondary charges and serves like 5 to 10 years in prison. That's the reality I'm hoping for. The reality that he gets a mis trial or a hung jury are second best realistic scenarios but more unlikely to happen. Now the idea that there's a major fuckup on the side of the NYPD/PA police or the prosecutors so they have to acquit him is the true best case scenario but I somehow have no hope for that, although it could be possible. Never say never I guess. Edited yesterday at 02:07 AM by CandyCoatedClouds 2 4

commander Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago If this ends up being a mistrial it will be the biggest kii of the century 4
teresaguidice Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago (edited) the best, best, best case scenario will be life with the possibility of parole in like 20-30 years in a medium security prison instead of an ultra max but i think even that is sadly a stretch. if they by some miracle botch the state trial or a sympathetic juror somehow sneaks in, they will just throw the book at him in the federal trial. threading that needle twice will be impossible for his defense. Capitalism™️ will take care of that. Not if (and this is a small if) there is an undeniable screw up somewhere that declares a mistrial. Like forsay, the disgraced Mayor of NY Eric Adams speech deliberately called him a killer and a terrorist -which is illegal because he hasn't been convicted and he's influencing the minds of potential jurors, therefore spoiling the jury selection- or the fact that the pre-trial judge is married to a former Pfizer executive. The aren't enough to drop the case entirely but enough buildup and maybe the lawyer has a solid case to a mistrial.
