Anyway back OT:

The deny depose etc etc has everyone thinking it's a vigilante attack, but the fake ID + multiple bus routes etc (and again, use of a silencer) still makes this seem more sophisticated than a typical aggrieved person. If this was a conspiracy theory I could see an assassin totally inscribing those on the bullets just so people look at the aggrieved relative direction more than a paid assassin one.

It screams paid assassin like it was a TV show, but my question is how common is that exactly in the US? I can't recall ever hearing about a high-profile person just killed in broad daylight in a big US city like that by a paid assassin. Like do paid assassins actually exist in America at all?

I feel like it's more likely this was a lone wolf, and who did a lot of research into how to carry this out and not be caught. The investor meeting or whatever must've been public knowledge, so he knew he'd be entering the hotel on that day.

Good point though either way whether it's a paid assassin or a vigilante situation it'd be a first of its kind.

Also I mean there's been tons of weird high profile assassinations in the past…I mean US politics is unfortunately riddled with them :(. This would be more unique in the corporate world. Though I wouldn't be surprised if this is more common but the killings just happen in "accidental" ways (planes or boats going down, etc).

Girl this isn't the French Revolution. :deadbanana2: Saying he shouldn't be shot dead in the street doesn't mean I am in favor of the current situation. This site is legit crazy.

It is getting a bit weird on here celebrating and thirsting after this murderer. People should be afraid of this killer out there on the streets. For all we know he could be a serial killer. Something tells me this was not his first time killing someone.

No one here is saying that innocent bystanders should be put in danger, even if the target is a villain. We're just celebrating retribution, justice being served not by the State (who has failed us and is beholden to people like this CEO) but by an armed vigilante.

This was self-defense. Mr. Thompson and his ilk are the perpetrators of infinite cruelty and misery, people are OVER IT. They can't even begin to fake a thoughts and prayers response for the death of a murderer.

How is it reaching? We know absolutely nothing about this person. From what little we know, this person looks like he could be a professional hitman/trained assassin. Either way, he is a killer. The next picture we see is him casually flirting with a woman with no remorse for taking a human life. There's something wrong if you think it's right to celebrate and lust after someone whose profession is to kill people.

Some of yall here are straight up deluded and comical about this. You think think anything positive will come of this?? It's time to lay off the coke and drugs ffs and stop thirsting over any man with a jawline.

If anything, this will only serve to further push us into the police state and prompt higher revenue streams to security details and surveillance of everyday Americans.

Ain't sh*t to celebrate about this, even if it may feel good to have some semblance of retribution. Some of yall are clearly drinking the KoolAid though and straight up in denial about what this kind of thing accomplishes though, and it shows.

Time to get off the Internet and go breathe in some fresh air for once in your lives.

Shut up! The rich are afraid, that's all that matters at the end. No one is defending a crime.

The average American is rightfully much more afraid of their health insurance company than this twink with a gun.

Well considering American Blue Cross backed off of their threat immediately,  I'd say that is positive impact enough.

Their "Let them eat cake."

United CEO Andrew Witty gave an address to the company today (leaked to me), telling employees "we guard against...unnecessary care" and that "There are very few people in the history of the U. S. healthcare industry who had a bigger positive effect on American healthcare than Brian [Thompson]."
