it would've been better for Beyonce's PR if she was #2 on that Billboard list.

(of course, talking about stan world, the GP don't actually care), but it's the first time i see the stan world actually talking about her stats.

not a big of a deal since, again, it's just the stan world, but it was better without it fr.

not really. ATRL has been obsessed with denigrating Beyoncé's stats since 4.

No. It shows that radios won't play her in the first place for her songs to drop later.

Also kii at hive questioning any other fanbase's intelligence

she doesn't have a Christmas staple to help prop her up during December. that's the real answer.

:gayriahcat1:

Mind you, Rihanna, with no new music in what, 8 years, and no Christmas classics is still in the top 40 and she debuted in 2003, the same year Beyonce had her solo debut so… :bibliahh:

Rihanna actually debuted in 2005.

She just doesn't have a catalogue that excites people to go back to

Rihanna with her last song released 45 years ago being like 100 places higher than Beyonce with an album out earlier this year :deadbanana4:

yeah Rihanna's music streams better... is this a new revelation for you? I'd guess not based on how closely you follow Beyoncé's numbers.

Because the GP hasn't acknowledged a Beyonce album since 2009. Then thebhive are too busy talking and tweeting about Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Shakira everyday. :rip:

The way people are acting like being out of the Daily Top 100 means literally no one at all is listening to your music lol...

In 2013 Beyoncé's self-titled was released and was the best-selling female album of the year with under 3 weeks of sales.

in 2016 Beyoncé released Lemonade and it was the IFPI best-selling album of the year.

But yes, her commerciality since 2009 has changed but so too has her approach and there is no way you can argue that the way Beyoncé promotes her music and the music it self hasn't drastically shifted to other priorities than sales and charts.

this grammy will be the first time i don't think the internet will be "should've been beyonce!!!111" if she loses AOTY.

And what did it do to Taylor's PR? Expose her fans as racist losers?

She hasn't done anything catered to her fans or the GP to promote this album outside of high end sponsorships and nobody gaf about those, those aren't real promotions. Why is it surprising that she'd fall out? If you don't promote your music it doesn't get streamed it seems like basic math. She got #1's the past 3 years without lifting a single finger (except cuff it) so clearly people still check for new Beyonce music regardless and that's arguably more impressive instead of streaming farms that prop up Spotify stats.
